It’s rare to find a server who is not only professional but truly personable—someone who connects with you and makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another table. Despite how busy the bar was, Noor made time for us and never made us feel rushed or overlooked. Her energy, kindness, and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. She is exactly the kind of connection you hope for in an establishment like this—and absolutely a keeper. Between Noor’s exceptional service, the great food and drinks, and the stunning rooftop city views, this spot is a must-visit. I will absolutely be back, and it’s largely because of the experience she created. Highly recommend

“Highly recommend.”

Highly recommend! I come here every year around Christmas and it never disappoints. The space is absolutely beautiful, especially this time of year. I always get the vegan Beyond Burger with vegan cheese, and you have to order the Mississippi Mud Pie—also vegan and easily one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is amazing. You can also head upstairs to the rooftop bar afterward, which is decorated for Christmas and has great views. One of the only rooftop spots in Chicago I’ve found with genuinely good vegan options.

“Update: Visited the 21st floor for food and drinks.”

Update: Visited the 21st floor for food and drinks. Order the impossible burger with fries. Had a purple rain sangria and a smoke show cocktail. Later visited the rooftop again. The scence was beautifully set with a Christmas theme. Visited on a beautiful night. The weather was nice and the views were amazing. I didn't order any food or drinks. Service were nearing the end of the night. I was informed that the rooftop would close at midnight. However they cleared the area 20 mins earlier. It was disappointing but I'd visit again.

We were recommended this place and it being next door to our hotel, we knew we had to check it out. Thankfully we visited Chicago during its jump off to the Christmas holiday. The rooftop was decked out with holiday themed several photo ops. We had brunch inside, on a couch, we had no complaints as we walked in with no reservation. The food, drinks, and server were great! Would def come back for the food and views.

If you are looking for a great rooftop experience without a reservation, check out the LH rooftop! They have a reservation area but they also have an open area too. The architecture river cruise tour guide recommended this place. It is worth a visit! The drinks and bar service were great! Good service and a great conversational spot.

Well I was a definitely underdressed for a Friday night here (think like typical Adam Sandler vibes) but we were hungry and had just gotten in the area and most places were closing. No one made us feel weird for it which I appreciate ha. I wish there wasn't a wait for the rooftop area because it was gorgeous out there. But we were super hungry and didnt want to wait 30 minutes for it so we ate at the lower level bar area and the food was really great. Service was good. Drinks are a bit expensive IMO but again, my drink was delicious so it was fine.

We were staying at the hotel so we Came up here to check out. What a fun atmosphere. Everybody was having a good time. Make a reservation. First come first serve. The place was full of people. Great place to meet up. We were going to eat something but ended up leaving quickly because there were no seats available for us. The staff seemed nice. Only 6 people allowed in the elevator at any one time so it may take a while before you can go upstairs. Fun place with great views.
