“The comedy show was FUNNY 🤣 omg they got cabanas inside and a patio with a firepit 😍 oh chicken was good too”

“If someone tell you their food wasn't hot (temperature)...they are lying 😂. You may wait, but you can count on the food to be hot, flavourful, and fresh! The music is a little too loud to hold a conversation, but the overall vibe is nice. The hookah lady and the servers are 🤌🏿!”

“They are the best jerk joint on the south side. Great food, great music, great dj, and easy to get to.”

“order ahead if youre in a rush bc cant rush the flavor🫰 hella good food, you can taste the extra money spent, no lunch specials but has a good ambiance n vibe to it nice artwork & music. would definitely recommend if you got the time n money 😋”

“Nice place. first time here, music drinks, fun! Jerk chicken and pizza ,while you are waiting! FANTASTIC!!”

“I was in the mood for some authentic Jamaican cuisine, so I found this spot on Google it had strong reviews around a 4.8, so I had to check it out. My first visit, I ordered the half dark chicken with red beans and rice and cabbage. The vibe was laid back with great music, and the owner really stood out.he made it a point to greet everyone and check on each table, which I respected. There was a small mix up with my order due to my dairy allergy, but it was handled quickly. As for the food, the chicken tasted a bit reheated and dry, and the rice lacked the flavor I’m used to from my experiences in Jamaica. The cabbage was solid though. Overall, I gave that visit an 8/10. I wasn’t planning to return, but I decided to give it another shot and brought a friend who also loves Jamaican food. This time, I ordered curry chicken with red beans and rice, plantains, and jerk wings. My friend got the brown stew chicken with rice and cabbage. Big difference the jerk wings were fresh, the curry chicken was on point, and the brown stew chicken was hitting too. I will say the wait time was long, and the initial welcome wasn’t the most inviting it felt like we weren’t seen at first. The staff, outside of the owner, didn’t have the same warm energy. But once again, the owner’s presence and professionalism made a big impact. Overall, this second visit was a major step up, so I’m giving it a 9.5/10. Every experience is different this one just happens to be mine.”

“Food was top tier… worth the wait Owner engaged with us during and after our meal , nice environment made the experience coming back a 2nd time and bringing my daughter and grandkids worth it 🫶🏽”

“Ordered delivery. The tacos were good. Meat tender. Everything else was old or overcooked. All the sides were awful. Im a person that doesn't believe in wasting food but all the sides were trashed. I may give them another try since the location is super close. Perhaps dine in.”
