I ordered the all white jerk, chicken dinner with cabbage and sweet potatoes.
We went here a week ago on Jan. 3rd. I wanted red snapper but they were out.
Food was top tier… worth the wait Owner engaged with us during and after our meal , nice environment made the experience coming back a 2nd time and bringing my daughter and grandkids worth it 🫶🏽.
Celebrated my friends birthday last night and they took care of us well.

The lady with the blonde stain bob has a nasty attitude. You should get rid of her. Every time I come in she is rude.
The chicken was burnt, and yes, I know the difference. The cabbage was mediocre, and my rice and peas had no gravy.

Ordered delivery. The tacos were good. Meat tender. Everything else was old or overcooked. All the sides were awful. Im a person that doesn't believe in wasting food but all the sides were trashed. I may give them another try since the location is super close. Perhaps dine in.

I ordered the all white jerk, chicken dinner with cabbage and sweet potatoes. It came with the rice and beans as complementary you do have to purchase bread. The rum punch was amazing definitely good energy very mature crowd. Will visit again.

We went here a week ago on Jan. 3rd. I wanted red snapper but they were out. To make up for the inconvenience, we were given free rum punch, half off on what I ordered instead, plus an offer to wait until more red snapper arrived. I appreciate the great service. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Celebrated my friends birthday last night and they took care of us well! Bottle price has to be the best in Chicago hands down . We had a big crowd so they gave us multiple host . If you looking to be appreciated this is the spot !

I absolutely LOVE this restaurant! I’m so glad that I visited. I came for Taco Tuesday. The food was sooo good, tender, and juicy that I started craving for more and came back again in the same week. On Friday, I had their jerk chicken with cabbage and yams. My sister tried the curry goat and the food was sooo delicious that we ordered oxtail dinners to-go. The staff was friendly and welcoming with great customer service. The atmosphere was vibrant with good energy. The jerk tacos are a MUST TRY and they have the absolute BEST JERK CHICKEN in Chicago! KISS THE COOK!!!

1st time visit on a Saturday afternoon for a to-go lunch order. Order taking was slow with only one waitres available to take orders and serve tables. Waited about 30 minutes for our food. The staff was pleasant and engaging while we waited. Enjoyed a delicious Rum Punch while waiting. Highly Recommend 👍🏽🔥 The food was very good and worth the wait. Entrees: Jerk chicken, Oxtails and Chicken Tacos. Jerk sauce on the side was good but didn't really need it. All food was seasoned well and flavorful 👍🏽 🔥. Sides: Yams 👍🏽 Cabbage👍🏽 Rice/Beans 👍🏽 Mac n Cheese 😐 Some menu options shown on website not on the hard copy menu. No dessert options on the menu. Will definitely return to try other options on their menu, but will be sure to call order in ahead.

I really enjoyed the food here at Irie Jerk in Calumet Park. I like the portion size for the price. I like the Mac and cheese, the cabbage and the yams were very good. The Jerk wings and chicken were very tasty. The atmosphere was very nice. It was clean and the music was on point. I will definitely come back.

The chicken was burnt, and yes, I know the difference. The cabbage was mediocre, and my rice and peas had no gravy. It's unfortunate because every time I try to support a Black business, the experience ends up being just average. I'd love to post pictures, but it didn’t give us that option.
