Cristian, Chunche, and Crystal were all wonderful when I came in. Chunche was a wonderful server and bartender. The margaritas are absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this spot to anyone who enjoys a margarita and/or mexican food.

“First time at this location.”

First time at this location. It wasn’t too busy when I went around 3pm. Food and drinks were delicious. Staff was friendly and the photographer was very nice and gave me digital files of the pictures as well. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back.

As you walk in you’re glad you’re there, at least that was the feel for me & my 2 guests. We were celebrating a bday& that in itself was the ‘topping’. JC our server was awesome, the mood was light, hilarious & felt appreciated for being there!!! The food, we only ended up getting appetizers do we could share & try differs things. The margaritas was on point!!! The atmosphere of the restaurant-AWESOME!!! Ladies do visit the ‘chicas’ bathroom for a welcomed “LAUGH’ my friend & I about died🤦🏻‍♀️😂😂. I loved this joint! Back again 1/10/26, got a mango margarita- was to be frozen but was liquidy, disappointed ☹️. The food was on point, service was great. Enjoyed overall. That churro sundae 😋😋😋

“This place is splendid.”

This place is splendid! I came here to celebrate a nursing graduation with friends from school and it turned out to be so fun. The host and server hooked us up with drinks and celebrated us with sparklers and singing! It was an amazing night. Jessica and Jose were great!

We recently had the opportunity to celebrate my wife’s birthday at Fat Rosie's, and it was the perfect restaurant for our special occasion with our three kids! Our waiter, Julio Cesar, was fantastic; he was very attentive and made our kids laugh, especially with the fun sombreros. The staff did an excellent job with the birthday celebration. Everything we ordered was delicious, particularly the fajitas, and the portions were generous. We also loved the mole enchiladas, tacos, and burritos. The margaritas and mocktails were scrumptious as well. We definitely plan to return for future family celebrations. ¡Salud!
