I ordered up several steaks from these guys. Filet's, New York strip, and Ribeye's. I gotta say, they looked great when they arrived. They came in a styrofoam container with packaged dry ice. But, the best part of these steaks? They tasted great!! Cooked them 3 different ways. Grill, stove top, and oven. I can't tell you how buttery soft they were. The marbleizing on the ribeye's and the New York's, was great. They literally melted in your mouth. I would recommend these guys all day long!

After a good friend sent us a gift box from Chicago Steak Company we knew we had to order again. Their selection of beef, quality and taste is fantastic. So far we have tried the sirloin, ribeye and filet mignon and all have been superb. No reason to go to a steakhouse when you can fix these delicious cuts of meat at home and the best part, delivered right to your door. Their samplers make excellent gifts for family and friends. If you own a business and want to treat your special customers and sponsors to a really good meal, this is the way to go. Next on the list to try are their burgers and I’m guessing we will NOT be disappointed. Steaks arrive packed with dry ice and contained in a very sturdy box. Elegant enough to send to your fancy friends and clients. I would highly recommend their beef.

This was my first time getting steaks online and I couldn't be happier with the experience provided here. The box arrived promptly and there was ample dry ice in the styrofoam container to ensure that the steaks wouldn't perish in transit. Just make sure you wear thick gloves when handling the contents to avoid an ice burn! The filets made for perfect Valentine's Day steaks and they were melt-in-your-mouth tender. Reversed seared them after ~30 minutes in the oven to bring them to med-rare temperature. I can't wait to try sous viding the NY strips I got too! Can't recommend these guys highly enough - I will be a repeat customer!

I could not have been happier with my whole experience with Chicago Steak Company. They delivered very quickly and the meat came in packed nicely. Then once I cooked the steak I was even happier. It is high end restaurant quality meat right to your doorstep. I cooked the wet aged tomahawk steak and I can not recommend it more. As well make sure you try their seasoning because it was excellent!!
