“From Korean, Hawaiian, Mexican,Indian, and Italian this market has a ton of different food vendors. Overwhelmingly I cannot reccomend enough for people to get the empanadas and try out a Hawaiian lunch plate. I will say that this market is more of a lunch spot and has plenty of seating and available bathrooms!”

“Great spot with a good selection of food vendors and a small grab and go grocer. There's not a ton of seating but there's usually enough to accommodate the lunch rush. A fair number of stalls haven't gotten tenants back since covid but there's more than enough to offer a good selection.”

“Great experience was reminiscent of Epcot food festival. We grabbed food from a few places to try. The empanada was hands down the best spot we tried. It’s no wonder they sell out of certain empanadas quickly tamale is a good portion but could us some seasoning. Shrimp dumplings were alright but came apart quickly when trying to eat it. Bao bun had good flavor. Macarons were ok. Probably skip it for other dessert. Would have loved to try others but we were so full.”

“This is what cheeseburgers are supposed to taste like! The fries are also great.”

“ive been commuting to work for years now & never knew about this hidden gem!! absolutely fantastic options. i was blown away by the cute stalls, little wicker tables, and international cuisine. i walked a lap around the stalls & it was hard to choose what i wanted! i ended up getting the bibim noodles from K kitchen & it is one of the best korean dishes ive ever had?? so amazed.”

“Very cool hidden gem. Has a market atmosphere, very clean with lots' of options. A little on the pricey side, but worth checking out if you are in the area.”

“While it’s true that many European markets have food stalls from around the world, at best this is a food court with French inspired decorations. Having been all over Europe, I’m disappointed by the offerings here because it’s such a great concept and would probably thrive if executed correctly. As I sit here, the French market has a few food stalls (Australian empanadas, tacos, Korean food, and a burger stand that markets itself as a “Belgian bar”. If you’re looking for a French experience in Chicago this isn’t it. I guess I’ll be chasing that Eurotrip high for a bit longer.”
“Cute little street food vibe under the tracks. Lots of options to try, and they have good seatings as well. Korean, Mexican, Italian, subs, pastries and even pet store to explore.”
“Stopped in before catching my train and ended up staying longer than I planned because there were so many good food choices in one spot. I grabbed an empanada and a crepe, and both were fresh and filling, plus the people working the counters were really friendly and patient while I figured out what I wanted. The market has a lively, tucked-away feel and stayed surprisingly clean even with the lunch crowd, and the little grocery section was great for picking up snacks for later. One small thing is the seating gets tight at peak times, and it would be nice if the entrance signage from the station was a little easier to spot the first time.”
