OMG this class was SO fun and was truly the best indian food i've had in chicago. chef rakhi is so kind, funny, sweet, and an incredible and knowledgeable chef with an incredible familial cooking history. and i learned so many new things!! my partner bought me the class as a surprise birthday gift, and i will definitely be buying more to try new cuisines soon. chef rakhi has traveled all over the world and takes classes herself everywhere! i can't wait to come learn (& eat) more. thank you chef!!

Chef Rakhi hosted us for my husband's birthday, as cooking Indian food has been on our list for quite a while. Rakhi was welcoming, fun to talk with, and very knowledgeable. She effectively guided our cooking and shared recipes so we can try it on our own! I would definitely go back to Chef Rakhi for another session or for a team-builder!

Just finished a fantastic cooking class and dinner with my family! Rakhi was so welcoming and we loved learning about different Indian dishes and spices. Plenty to eat and It’s BYO drinks -which we didn’t mind since we got to enjoy our favorites with a marvelous meal. Highly recommend for a fun evening with family, friends or as a couple where you can meet new people!

Chef Rakhi is an exceptional host. She has so much knowledge about each dish and handles her time with her guests with so much care. We LOVED our meal and we were all a part of preparing it, which made it all the more enjoyable.

Had a fantastic time at Chef Rakhi’s class. The dishes she selected, her teaching style, and her home were all so approachable. It’s apparent from her technique and our conversations that she’s an experienced chef and teacher. She’s mastered giving feedback that’s both hands-on and gentle, and she made sure everyone was able to participate multiple times. As a group, we spent ~1.5-2 hours cooking tandoori potatoes, paratha, saag paneer, and pancakes. We had ~30 minutes to chat over dinner; I most enjoyed the saag paneer and pancakes, but everything turned out great. I’ll be thinking about this experience for a long time to come, highly recommend!

10/10. The best date night activity that my boyfriend and I have done recently. We cooked 3 courses of Indian cuisine and did not want the class to end. Rakhi was so easy to learn from and talk to. She was making us laugh the entire time. Highly recommend!
