“10/10 — Highly Recommend.”

10/10 — Highly Recommend! I went to lunch with my children and EVERYTHING was a 10 out of 10! I had the oxtails, my son had the Korean fried chicken, and my daughter had the beef fried rice. Every dish came out piping hot, seasoned perfectly, and absolutely delicious. The server was on point, the host was on point, the chef was on point…truly the whole team didn’t miss a beat. The atmosphere was perfect: warm, stylish, relaxing, and the decor was everything. Whether you’re going for a lunch date, dinner date, or just a family outing, this spot is a must. We will definitely be back!

Had lunch today at Chant, with my mom and aunt. Good atmosphere, nice and clean, comfortable chairs too. The food is Amazing! We shared the Pad Thai w/chicken as an appetizer. We each ordered fried rice. Mom loved that the shrimps were deliciously plumped. My vege fried rice was smothered and stuffed with veges🤩

When I visit Chicago, Chant Restaurant is my favorite in Hyde Park. I hosted a Girl's Trip and took the ladies to experience the delicious food and awesome drinks. We had a great time. The food, service and atmosphere was superb! Thank you Aldo and your staff!

Described as Asian fusion, the menu has such a range of foods that make the choices difficult. We ordered the Chant Shrimp Plate, Chant Smash Burger, and the Soy Glazed Seared Salmon. All were tasty and substantial (good sized burger and salmon fillet) but the Shrimp Plate (tempura fried) was outstanding with large shrimp piping hot from the fryer. The cilantro garlic fries and ginger soy brown rice sides were nice complements. (My friend didn't care for the Thai pickles on the smashburger but that was easy to put aside.) Definitely will return. The only issue was that although it wasn't very crowded for an early Sunday dinner, noise level was high and difficult to carry on a conversation.

“It is a great restaurant..”

It is a great restaurant... the service was very attentive to the timing of the meal. The menu has great choices for a wide range of diners. I had butter chicken, and we also tried the tempura-fried green tomatoes. Great flavor in both dishes I would come back.

“We had a lovely meal on a Tuesday night.”

We had a lovely meal on a Tuesday night. The aromas were drool-worthy the moment we stepped in. The space was intimate. The servers were kind and attentive. We both enjoyed our meals. I had the Korean BBQ Fried Chicken and my spouse had Sambal Catfish Macaroni and Cheese, as well as some cocktails. Everything was delicious and there was so much more on the menus that we’re anxious to go back and try.

“This drive and this food was soooo worth it.”

This drive and this food was soooo worth it! My sister-in-love recommended this place during our trip to Chicago and im so glad she did. Everybody loved their food and I loved theirs too as I tasted everyone's (with the exception of the shrimp fried rice because of allergies) Oxtail, turkey basil rolls, chicken wings, lo mein, catfish, lambchops, quesabirria eggrolls....all delicious

“Dinner was delicious.”

Dinner was delicious! It was my 2nd time at Chant. I had Catfish on top of Mac n Cheese, Turkey Basil Rolls, Fried Green Tomatoes and they were all outstanding! The favorite drink is Conflict and Compromise. I had Red Velvet cake for dessert! It was soooooo delish! I'll be back to try other dishes soon.

A few weeks back, I met someone I had connected with online for the first time. I have to admit, I was hesitant about the restaurant choice, but it turned out to be a great experience. The ambiance was top-notch, with a live band and a singer. The menu had some unique names, but the food was fantastic and reasonably priced. This restaurant is perfect if you're looking for a high-end experience without breaking the bank. Don't wait any longer, gather your friends and head over to this place!

“The environment and food here is amazing.”

The environment and food here is amazing! This was the first time I have been here. The first time I ordered a BBQ duck Tacos. The taste was amazing even though it’s kinda small. The second time I ordered a dash cooked with shrimp and my boyfriend got a Pad Thai. The tastes are awesome again! We came over around 3pm on Sunday and it was still full of people. A must try in the Hyde Park!! The pictures were taken in a non peak time on weekdays.
