“I was here passing thru on my way to the train and noticed a AA female security officer helping a mother with 3 small children get down the escalator safely. Then she went to grab tissue for the child as well. Small gesture but thats not her "job" yet she provided great customer service. For reference because I dont know her name she has locs and its 12:38 this happend about 12:35 on Friday June 19th. We are quick to write bad reviews. Tell her job well done!”
