The best! Great service, large portions, reasonable prices. I love their breakfast sandwiches, Italian subs (delish hot peppers), soups, specials (meatloaf and sloppy joes), and Cajun chicken salad/sandwich. A must try Chicago hidden gem.

Let me start off with saying the vibes were great from all staff to the community that came in and ordered. It reminded me of a community deli back in NYC. All walks of life coming in through this shop. Loved it. My boyfriend and I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich special and buffalo chicken sandwich. Both great and tastes fresh, and the fries that came with were crispy and tasty. I was also a big fan of thee sweet chocolate chip cookie that was wrapped at the counter. Wish I bought more actually. The place was clean and neat. Decent amount of seating for a small spot, also had a nice patio with seating. We became fans as we were passing through Bridgeport. All love🫶🏼

“Always a must stop when I’m in the area.”

Always a must stop when I’m in the area! The rio is delicious alone and a bonus with the au jus included. We had no complaint for the fries in our meal, however, the staff brought out fresh/hot fries for us since we were given an older batch. What a nice guy and great customer service!

“First time stopping at this deli.”

First time stopping at this deli. I found them randomly on google maps. I ordered a couple of breakfast sandwiches and they were great. Still hot when I got home. The potato salad was good too. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be making my way back there for more!

Our company gives us free Grubhub if we work in the office. Today I chose Kathy De's Deli. It was a good choice. They packed the order separately, which helps on our end as there are a lot of orders. The packaging was sturdy. I chose the Cheeseburger with provolone. They had a choice of several cheeses, and a cup of soup. The food was still warm. The Cheeseburger was juicey and delicious. The cream of chicken soup was with rice and was very flavorful. I will be ordering from them again. Great food well packaged for delivery.

I stopped here for lunch. There are a lot of options on the menu. I had the Cajun Chicken which is one of the specialties and it did not disappoint - very delicious. The prices were fair. The food tasted fresh and hearty. The staff were friendly and polite. I highly recommend stopping in for a bite.

The atmosphere was pleasant and comforting. The woman at the counter was very nice and most of the patrons were locals who seam to frequent the resturant. Despite how busy they were, my food arrived quickly. The burger and fries I ordered tasted great! I will definately be ordering from here again and recommending it to my friends when they're in the area.
