“I had the pleasure of eating at CoCo Vietnamese Sandwiches & Phở recently. The space has gone through some remodeling, so if it looks different inside, that’s why. I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and it was busy with both dine-in and takeout orders, which is always a good sign. I ordered the chicken and pork vermicelli bowls to try, along with a pork bánh mì. The vermicelli bowls were made fresh to order and came with plenty of crisp vegetables and fresh noodles. Both meats had good flavor, and everything worked really well together. The bánh mì was also enjoyable, the bread was fresh, soft, and fluffy, and paired nicely with the meal overall. If I had to point out anything, the sauce for the vermicelli could have used a bit more vinegar, and the meats could be slightly more seasoned. That said, it was still a solid experience. Overall, I’d recommend giving this place a try.”
