The balcony has a beautiful view of Millennium Park and lakefront. The" tables for two" are placed very closely to each other, so if you're looking for a romantic meal, you may have to request a special table.”
“The view is amazing and the service here is even better!! My cousins and I came in for a quick drink and rooftop view on Saturday night July 11th and let me tell you, you had the varsity squad working that night!! From the hosts to bartenders, to the cleaning crew everyone was very nice!! I want to give a special shout-out the bartenders, they were juggling multiple orders at once and did not mess up one order! They suggested drinks that were excellent and checked in to make sure we enjoyed them as well. I will be back and highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND your establishment to everyone I know and anyone I know planning to visit Chicago!! Thank you❤️”
“We didn't eat here, we just stopped for drinks. We were lucky to get bar seats without a reservation. This place gets very busy, but you can get a drink and then go outside to enjoy the amazing view!”
“What a gorgeous restaurant! 😍 amazing views of Chicago and yummy cocktails. We had the mushroom risotto (delicious) and the vodka rigatoni (warning surprisingly spicy). Could not decide and ordered 3 desserts 😎- Best crème brûlée, 2nd Baked Alaska and 3 cookies (though we both agreed would taste better with more alcohol in us). 😂”
“We had no reservation and yet we could find a place at the bar initially then went out on the terrace to take a few photos - super nice views from the rooftop. Then we’re lucky and got a table for a quick bite (we were not too hungry ). Drinks were very good - we tried a few cocktails. The carrots, Cesar salad and reed beet salad were all very original in terms of sauces and spices. For example the beet salad had roasted pistachio and pink grapefruit and some spices that were very interesting and tasty. The full dinner menu looked very tasty but unfortunately we were not hungry enough to try it out.”

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable evening. The ambience felt calm and inviting—perfect for a special family celebration. Of course, the views are what make Cindy’s truly unforgettable. The sweeping city skyline is beautiful on its own, but the direct view of the Bean made the night feel extra magical. It’s one thing to visit Millennium Park, but it’s another to enjoy it from above with great food, great company, and a warm atmosphere. Overall, it was the perfect spot to mark a milestone birthday. We left with full hearts, happy memories, and a new favorite place to return to.”
