“Very good quality food made with fresh ingredients , large portions. Best Chinese food out of the many places I’ve been too in Chicagoland. Definitely a must try spot if you like this style of food. All this for $9.35”

“This is by far my favorite place to eat, food is super tasty and portions are generous, general tso chicken special and sesame chicken special are the pictures attached”

“I have eaten here twice in the last week. Both times it has been really good. I had the Sweet and Sour Shrimp and my wife had the Mongolian Beef. We ordered the lunch special which is $9.65 each. The portions are very large. We both get practically 2 full meals each. And it comes with chicken fried rice which I like a lot better than plain rice. We also ordered 2 egg rolls. They were very good and pretty large. I don't remember the price of the egg rolls. I think Ma's is a really good value. The restaurant is only for carryout. There are no tables.”

“I was craving Chinese and wanted to try something in the area. This place did not disappoint. Called my order and was ready in 10 mins for pick up. No hassle. Food was great and at a great price. Where else can you eat under $10?”

“Whenever I try a new old style chinese restaurant, I get shrimp with lobster sauce and bbq pork something, like bbq pork fried rice or vegetables, etc. Shrimp with lobster sauce is a very nostalgic food for me. It was something I tried 15~ish years ago from this small chinese restaurant near work. It was $5.45 lunch specials at the time, and I wanted to try something other than monglian beef, generals Tsao chicken etc. And i fell in love ever since. I love brown starch sauce that is made with, and it needs to have black beans and stripes of pork and egg. But some restaurants tend to make this with white sauce with pea and ground pork, or just not enough salt or msg. Well, this place make it perfectly how I wanted, and less than 9 bucks. You can't beat this deal. The only thing to critize is that chicken fried rice was not good...it was dry and maybe a day old. Bbq pork was also really good, cut thick the way I also like it. You can taste rice oyster sauce, and vegetables were cooked well. It definitely reminded me of the old spot that I loved and will be coming back to try more dishes.”

“This place never disappoints. Every time I'm in the area I gotta grab a lunch Special. Great quality of food for a great price. Stop by if you're ever in the area!”

“Song Tong Shrimp was very good. I was charged a dollar more than the menu price but it was still a good value. No inside seating.”

“Terrible, terrible, terrible! The sesame chicken was hard as a brick each and every last piece of it! The rice had a burnt over cooked taste. And they gave me 2 sauces for all that food. I was very dissatisfied and threw it all away. 🤢🤢🤢 plus the little bit I did eat later made my stomach hurt.”
“This place is so good I didnt even finish eating before I left this review. Luxurious portions, affordable prices, exquisite taste.”
“The best takeout Chinese food in the area. Never disappointed and Ma's has the best egg rolls. Everything on the menu is delicious! Ma's Oriental is takeout only. The cleanliness of the establishment, freshness of the ingredients and fast FRIENDLY service is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Definitely the best egg rolls we've had in a while!”
