I tried the tofu with sour chili pickle, the sesame tofu, and the green scallion pancake and both were amazing! The flavors and textures were gorgeous, the service attentive and the atmosphere felt welcoming and cozy. The server was especially kind to my 5 year old daughter and went out of their way to make it special which doesn't always happen when you being a rambunctious kid into a restaurant haha I found myself wanting to try a lot more of their menu!

So me and my coworker came in here I had the chilli pepper chicken so good and white rice the waiter was very sweet and he made sure to come to our table every other minute to see if we needed a refill great customer service and vibes will come again

I've been wanting to come here for a while and finally had the chance to. Menu had alot of food choices. When food was served we started eating right away, hence the partial plate pictures lol...but all dishes were so flavorful. This restaurant and the cook did not disappoint us at all. The flavor just burst in your mouth. YUM! Reminds me of the food I ate in China.

we went for the lunch special and everything was phenomenal. they give you spicy cabbage to munch on while you’re deciding. the house special chicken is amazing. great crab rangoon! we liked the rangoon better than the egg roll but both were great and served with spicy mayo. will def come back.

As Lao Sze Chuan began to have multiple locations, I worried that its quality would suffer. So far, their dishes are still solid and full of flavors. This Uptown location even has drink menu that is unique to the neighborhood. It is one of the top Chinese options in a neighborhood that has number of outstanding Chinese restaurants.
