Koi Noodles — top-tier chinese in Fulton Market. Order the Pork Belly. Service that's warm without being over the top, and vegetarian-friendly. Marcos Delgado: "The meat was tender and flavorful, the broth was rich and savory and the egg was perfect (my favorite part)"

“The crispy pork belly was delicious as well, but recommend getting the sauce on the side”
I will give this place the benefit of the doubt and give them another try, but my first experience was lackluster from the food perspective.
Extraordinarily bad if you've ever had a decent bowl of noodles.

“Delicious beef noodles!”
Delicious beef noodles!! It’s a casual spot with good food and friendly service. Approachable price point for Fulton Market, offering lunch specials and happy hour menu. They also have vegetarian and vegan options.

Amazingggg! So happy to have discovered this gem in west loop. Exactly what my taste buds were craving. I got the sesame noodles and my boyfriend the wagyu ramen. We also got the crab Rangoon. You alsooo can’t beat the $3 Sapporo happy hour. Definitely will be coming back for both sit in and takeout experience. Our waitress is super sweet too :) thank you!!!

“Had passed this place a few times but finally made it in and it was amazing.”
Had passed this place a few times but finally made it in and it was amazing! Got the wonton soup and signature soup with sichuan beef shank. Highly recommend adding noodles to the wonton soup as well. Both hit the spot with the cold weather coming in. The crispy pork belly was delicious as well, but recommend getting the sauce on the side. Love fusion of Chinese and Japanese flavors for something totally unique yet familiar. We plan to come back to try the rest of the menu at some time!

“I just had koi for the first time.”
I just had koi for the first time. I had the signature dish with braised short rib and it was so good. The meat was tender and flavorful, the broth was rich and savory and the egg was perfect (my favorite part). I added bean sprouts because I love a little crunch and it was great. Service was great too. Definitely coming back to try more things.

“This place was awesome.”
This place was awesome. The ramer delicious. The broth was on point, great, flavorful. The wontons were thin like I love them. The portions were good. The location great. This is a great place to eat.

“got here on random monday night because it was close by and we were lucky enough to make it to happy hour.”
got here on random monday night because it was close by and we were lucky enough to make it to happy hour! always a good sign! apparently they just opened in july. vibes and service were top tier 5 stars and the food was exceptional at 4.5. we got the koi sampler. crab rangoons, garlic edamame, the koi salad, and the signature noodle soup with braised wagyu brisket. my faves were the crab rangoons with their housemade apricot sauce, and since im a garlic lover, the edamame. everything else was really good too! i got the lychee beachy, sweet and strong. again, its all based on my preferences. i liked the saltiness of the pork belly and bulgogi, but the salt and pepper wings were kind of bland. i liked the lightly fried batter and i just added sweet chilli i like my wings saucy. the salad and noodles were fine but were great after adding chili oil, which was recommended by the staff. i also liked how there was a part of the menu with staff reccomendations! overall 4.5/5!
