I've been purchasing from this location for approximately 9 years and the service is always top notch whether it's pick or delivery.

I have ordered from this Chinese place a few times before and it always was great food.
I placed a order here since they had great reviews they didn't put my vegetable egg rolls in the bag or my lemon ice tea the shrimp and broccoli taste old and like they barely cooked it.
I normally don't give bad reviews on people's restaurant pages however my experience two nights ago has prompted me to do so.

I've been purchasing from this location for approximately 9 years and the service is always top notch whether it's pick or delivery. In all fairness I should have written a review a long time ago. Today's service was just a little over the top and I felt compelled to call back to let them know Today's service was a tad better than always. The representative on the phone asked for a name for my order, she repeated my order, gave me a total, an approximately time of completion, and top of that they added the extra sauce, and hotness. Continue with this cycle and every transaction will be smooth.

Pretty pricey for the portion and atmosphere, no public bathrooms. Worth a try if you want to spend the money but I'm at $22 for myself. It seems like only the young girl up front is working hard.

The damn delivery guy kept my change without asking if I needed it back. Over four dollars. I'm literally across the street and he was late. Next time I'll walk over. Update I got a response from the owners. I am happy they are taking measures to keep local customers happy

I ordered a lunch combo and I didn't get no rice only Noddles I always eat from here maybe someone doesn't no what there doing or what but I didn't want all noodle I wanted beef no shrimp and I got both why 🙄 smh the Noddles have no flavor taste old Up date I tried going back and see if it was better it’s not I got a shrimp rice and it taste hard and old smh never going back again can’t even finish it

Hong Kong is a nostalgia spot for me so my opinion my opinion may be biased but when n got the food nostalgia wasn't the reason why j keep going back. They food is legitimately good the salt and shrimp is amazing. L Hong Kong fried rice is amazing n order different things and everything was good the chicken know is flavorful this spot never disappoint and the lemon tea hits the spot right after

Love this place. Food is hot , fresh , delicious!! Customer service 10 stars and delivery add another 50 stars! Quick AF if you live within 2 miles. They always say food will be delivered in 45 min but 15 min later ding dong, foods here. And they swipe your card in person so no need to share your credit card 💳 over the phone. 📞 Give them a chance good people with great tasting food. Let’s not confuse great tasting with exceptional but if your in a pinch and hungry as heck then order from them.
