Ordered food for take out. Oxtail, cabbage, mashed potatoes, beef patty, beans and rice. Caramel cake. Jerk chicken, cabbage, macaroni and cheese. Food was excellent. Service was very good as well. Ordered on phone was pickup. Very quick.

Been living in this area my whole childhood and never step foot in this establishment & I regret it omg the Flavors are so amazing chicken so tender. To My surprise ordering 30 min before closing and food still tastes like it was just cooked still hot. Needless to say, I will become a regular 🫶🏾🤤

I had a taste for some non traditional red beans n rice and that gravy let me say it did not disappoint plus the jerk wings and Carmel moist cake everything was delicious. We ordered a few items to pick up for a weekday dinner. The jerk chicken was excellent: fragrant, tender, smoky, and packed with flavors. There's a surcharge on all items if you order through the website so I would just order in person if you don't mind waiting a little bit.

One of those meals I feel like I should have paid more for the given quality and amount. My friend and I split a half Jerk chicken over rice & beans, potato salad and plantains. Jerk chicken was impressively moist, appropriately salty and well seasoned; the runny jerk sauce on the side provided some extra kick; the skin charred black from the grill. Rice & peas were soft and equally flavorful. Conch fritters' mix was tasty and fried well without dripping in grease although a few had possibly overcooked, rubbery conch bits. Otherwise it was a good batter. My friend from Chicago has been coming for years and you can tell from the decor and space. They have some beautiful black & white photographs worthy of a gallery show. No vibe is the vibe—a good sign. This place is a gem.

Best grill chicken in town, a special recipe from Belize “Jerk Chicken” has an amazing blend of spices. The sides compliment the chicken. Even though the restaurant is not fancy but the quality of food and taste makes you forget where you are. They have a take out option and you can easily warm it up for the same taste as its served fresh at the restaurant
