Cadillac Palace Theatre
Cadillac Palace Theatre — among the best food in Loop. The decor hasn't changed, and it doesn't need to. Strong bar program alongside the food.

“Went to see Les Miserables. Really enjoyed the venue. It was nice enough to dress up, but casual seemed to be ok as well. The play was great of course. We were a little late getting our tickets (1 month prior) so we ended up with front row seats. This was not a bad thing, as the sound from the orchestra was good, and there were no 6'10" tall people that could sit in front of us. Bonus, there was ASL translation, and my wife loved it just as much as the play! Entry was decent and made sense. Parking availability was adequate if arranged in advance. All in all, we enjoyed the evening and would do it again. Highly recommended.”

“The Outsiders just opened and wow, I did not expect this. The performances and stage direction are incredible. Definitely worth seeing, especially if you’re visiting. Try your luck with rush tickets if you go early (around 11:00 maybe!).”

“The PERFECT venue for Phantom of the Opera, amazing architecture and great staff on hand for everything from merch, concessions to finding your seat and the restrooms. I had such a great time due to the professionalism and hospitality of h this staff, the location is iconic for a broadway show and I highly recommend!”

“My husband surprised me for our first wedding anniversary and bought me Phantom of the Opera tickets. We came all the way from Kentucky and I am so glad we did. Isaiah Bailey was an actual angel that day and I cried such happy tears getting to see it all for the first time. The theater is impeccably taken care of and the staff are top notch. The way they handle intermission with bathroom breaks is incredibly efficient. I could wander the halls all day looking at the decor. Thank you for having us. We hope to return”

“Went to see phantom of the Opera. It was amazing. The theatre was beautiful and spacious. The only thing that could change is that there was only 1 stand to buy memorabilia. So the line was forever long.”

“Very beautiful architecture. The Phantom of the Opera is a pice of art that you my friend must experience”

“Went to see Phantom of the Opera, this play was beautiful. Will definitely be back again”

“Beautiful theatre, as always, loved the show. Even in 3rd balcony your view is good. Seats aren't super small and pretty comfortable. Theatre was comfortable temperature even though it was negative 4 when I visited. Not as crowded as I had expected. A bit crazy with cabs afterwards but it was crazy snowing and slushy. I still got my curb cab within minutes so it was not bad. Experience it at least once!”

“My friend and I have seen both Les Miserable and The Phantom of the Opera here. We had main floor center orchestra seating. The view was excellent, the seating is comfortable. There is a bar available as well as restrooms. This was our view at today's performance of Phantom of the Opera. ORCH-C, Row 0, seats 105, 106.”
