“Our first visit was 2 years ago. I got the shakshuka (AMAZING) and my husband got the banana nut French toast (also AMAZING). We visited again during a train layover now and still loved it. It is walking distance from the train station, which is great too. This time I got the eggs Benedict and a cucumber bloody mary, and was a little disappointed but they will stay on our favorite list. There wasn't hardly any hollandaise sauce on the Benedict and the bloody Mary had too many chunks for the straw to be useful. The flavor of both things were GREAT though. The biscuits and gravy was TOP KNOTCH, the the crepes were DELICIOUS. Highly recommend checking it out!”

“Today when I was doing Chicago for Layover. I figured to try it. Then it turned out to be great, The Service is great, Food is great. Especially the lemonade I got was very delicious. Nice and Friendly employees.”

“Great Breakfast! Cozy spot along Halsted & Jackson and found free parking WOO The service was a bit slow and had to ask to refill my coffee a couple times.”

“Se siete a Greektown dovete venire qui per la colazione! Ottimi cappuccini e waffle spaziale”

“Pleasant service and the breakfast tacos were so tasty! Will visit again with friends”

“I travel often through Chicago and love stopping here for breakfast or brunch. Having tried several menu items, I am happy to review Meli positively for flavor, portion/price ratio, and overall atmosphere. If you're in the area, consider supporting this small business. As a nice bonus, this location is block away from the LaSalle Blue Line”

“The masala chai was a highlight. It was a simple breakfast and as good as it could be and reasonably priced. I would recommend dining here again.”

“We take our company guests and interviewees for breakfast here. The entrees including omlette, pancakes and waffles are huge. Good for two. After trying many combinations I have found the following to works for me without wasting food. Parfait Toast Or Greek yogurt Special oatmeal Or The shakshuka (sometimes they have lamb shakshuka) It comes with one pita but you get more pita if you ask Or Parfait Cherry chicken sausage side Chai tea (seasonal) Or Yogurt Toast side Apple cider (seasonal) Or Greek yogurt Cheddar grits Coconut (seasonal) Highly recommended.”

“Clean classy restaurant with fantastic fare. Very well priced as well. Ellie was perfect and the server assistant was on point as well!”

“I ordered a chicken club sandwich and a chai latte. The chai latte was pretty tasty and clutch for such a cold day. The club sandwich was fine, not the best I’ve had but still not bad. The service was good although it felt a little rushed since I didn’t get the chance to order any extras or get a Togo box. The atmosphere was also pretty nice as it’s located in Greek town and was pretty busy.”
