“What a great 24 hour diner this is.”

What a great 24 hour diner this is! We were looking for something to eat after a late concert so arrived around 1am. The staff were incredibly friendly and cheerful! The food is breakfast and diner food and the menu is extensive. They also have a menu of alcoholic shakes and cocktails - I’d like to come back just for the shakes! Our order was taken very quickly and the food came out very promptly. It all tasted great! Very good diner food! I definitely recommend for late night and early morning hunger in Chicago! My photos definitely don’t do the food justice.

I work near Griddle 24 so I find myself here multiple times a week. They have fresh soups daily (I highly suggest the chicken and rice or the French onion). This is a traditional diner with a two page long menu of great options and specials. The service is always top notch, I recommend Maria the waitress if she is there. But all of their staff are incredible. The food here is also good, it’s consistent no matter what you order. Comes out within 6-9 minutes on average which beats the average restaurant during rush hour for most! Of note they do have a slight 0.60 cent charge for carry-out per dish so be aware of this going in! Their to go packaging is always great, we’ve never had a problem over six months of going there.
