Ho fatto colazione con una bevanda calda con latte (non ricordo esattamente quale, ma era ottima) e un piatto che ho trovato molto curato e gustoso. Anche il servizio è stato impeccabile: la ragazza ai tavoli era gentile, sorridente e molto attenta. Il locale è pulito e il bagno impeccabile. Sono arrivata poco dopo l’apertura e ho avuto la fortuna di sedermi a un bel tavolino con vista sulla strada, cosa che ha reso l’atmosfera ancora più piacevole. Se dovessi tornare a Chicago, ci tornerei sicuramente.”

“Hands down one of the coziest and tastiest breakfast experiences in Chicago! 🥞💘 Where do I even begin… Mr. Edgar welcomed us right away with so much kindness that we instantly knew we were in for a wonderful morning. Then came the banana latte - warm, smooth, and just so amazing. Then the most delicious benedicts (and I also love how many options they have for every craving!). And yep, the white chocolate & caramel pretzel pancakes absolutely stole our hearts! And of course, who am I to say no to a good matcha? 🍵 The pistachio matcha was such a perfect addition to everything!! This place truly has our hearts and we already cannot wait to be back! “Our first time here was way back in 2008 and we have been about three times since. Never disappoints. Always amazing. Everything made from scratch. We each order a savory dish and split a sweet dish, like the cranberry lemencello pancakes. We come here every time we are in Chicago. Literally the best breakfast I have ever had.”
“I have been here twice, and each time the service and food have been excellent. The fact that there are plenty of vegetarian options is a relief, since I often dine with non-meat-eaters. The breakfast burrito and tomatillo salsa scramble are both tasty. It can be busy, but I have always had prompt, polite service.”
