“I wasn’t going to post this but because of customer service being bad I had to do it … The ladies looked drain like they had a bad day idk but her customer service was bad I asked for jalapeño cheese bagels then she just went straight to charge me not even asking would you like anything else? Then I asked what kind of soup they had and she just looked at me pointing at the sign telling me it’s up there like seriously!! I got 3 bagels she didn’t give me napkins no cream cheese even if I have to buy it but not even bother to ask 🙄 Then I got to the car I got one bite then there’s this black plastic Poor customer service or maybe was because I was Hispanic I been getting a lot of that now in days 🥴 Bagels 🥯 pale plastic inside”
“Bagels are just OK - they’re big and definitely filling, but they didn’t taste as fresh as I was hoping. The sausage and egg on the breakfast sandwich are pretty mid. My pup however is obsessed with their dog bagel treats so props for that. Prices are kind of steep and the staff vibe is definitely not friendly. On the plus side, the breakfast sandwich came out super fast so if you’re in a rush it’s clutch for that.”
“This was honestly the saddest panini I’ve ever had. First of all, I never received any confirmation email for my online order, so I couldn’t even go back and check whether I accidentally selected wheat bread instead of white (which is what I wanted) or if the order was made incorrectly. On top of that, two slices of tomato, seriously?? stale old dry bread!! This place is a joke, and the whole place smells like a public toilet. Attaching a picture of steak tomatoes for reference, bc whatever i had in my panini reminded me of sad little slice of roma.”

All I got for 32.00, hard bagel with 1, YES ONE. slice of ham, that was a good bye, no more, besides, I did a shopping study, with 32.00 I was able to fix me not 3 but 11 ham and cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard and mayo... gth american bagel. You can go, sure you can, but remember, you can fix your own bagel at home for much, much less... and BETTER.”
