The bagels are okay but the customer service is horrible. Got me ordering delivery just so I don’t have to go inside.
Bagels are barely better than store bought but for over double the price.
I wasn’t going to post this but because of customer service being bad I had to do it … The ladies looked drain like they had a bad day idk but her customer service was bad I asked for jalapeño cheese bagels then she just went straight to charge me not even asking would you like anything else.

It was good. I'd go back but I might get a different bagel. My only complaint would be the bagel wasnt toasted on the outside, but it was on the inside. I do like the crunch when I bite into a bagel. The inside of the bagel looked a bit burnt.

Great for vegetarians. Many options! I had the Mediterranean Hummus & Veggie on an onion bagel, a strawberry kiwi bottled juice and a huge cookie. Great friendly service, reasonable prices. Fun music, lots of booths, and of course a restroom. Everything you need!

Came in for some morning bagels before work and the ladies preparing my order were extremely friendly! Food was good and I’d definitely come back again for some more. Their bagel selection is very good. The Asiago bagel is my favorite!

Ordered through TooGood2Go. This store has one of the best surprise bags in the city with ~30 bagels for $5.99 last time I stopped by. Had to give away a few of them because there was no way I’d finish it all, then ate and froze the rest.

One of the few bagel shop in the West Loop. They have kinds of bagels with spacious seating area. I usually buy to go. Cinnamon raisin bagel 🥯 is great.
