Every visit has been consistently excellent, which is why I’ve become such a fan of Lucy’s across all of their locations. The burger was one of the best I’ve ever had. The bun, patty, pickles, and onions all came together perfectly, creating a balanced and incredibly flavorful bite. The chicken is just as impressive—freshly fried, crispy, spicy, and packed with flavor. Their signature sauce is a standout and pairs perfectly with the chicken, though the other sauces are worth trying as well. Add in speedy service, a great atmosphere, and friendly staff, and you have a restaurant that truly delivers on every level. Highly recommended.”

“$18 before tip gets you this: a huge spicy crispy chicken sandwich with breading that shatters between your teeth it's so crispy and a Five Guys–esque portion of fries that easily serves two. Also they play good music. (Ketchup cup NOT added for scale. Those are also huge here.)”

“I ordered from here and first noticed my fries were burnt and overly salty. Then I started eating my chicken sandwich and it was RAW. I called and asked for a refund and they said yes yet I never actually received it.”
“I've ordered Lucy's before and don't know what's happened but the quality has declined significantly if this is their best offering. I ordered the Mac and cheese and a buffalo chicken sandwich which i didnt even finish. I've had better mac and cheese from the box, this is more buttered noodles then mac and cheese. Their buffalo chicken sandwich tasted like frozen chicken strip drowned in buffalo sauce. Did you microwave the lettuce on the sandwich?”
“decided to stop in I pass by it a lot ordered the juicy Lucy if it wasn’t for the pound of cheese they poured on it It wouldn’t had been juicy at all. I couldn’t taste nothing else but the cheese it had so much on it. I took everything else off and just ate the burger and it was really dry almost $30 for the burger fries and a root beer one of the worst burgers I’ve had in my life”
