“Highly recommend Farm Bar. The food was excellent, and it is even better knowing that much of the ingredients are sourced directly from the owner's farm. The quality and freshness really come through in every dish, making for a memorable dining experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The bartender did a great job taking care of us, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere is unique, relaxed, and full of character, giving the restaurant a welcoming charm. “Everything we got here was AMAZING. The cheese curds were so soft and melt in your mouth. We ordered the chicken sandwich and Chai espresso martini and it was absolutely perfect and crispy. Literally the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Their music choice of 90s hits was awesome too!”

“Farm bar is an interesting spot that sits in a mostly residential area in Lakeview. Definitely has a home type feel and the atmosphere is very inviting. They have a nice outside seating area also. The food is fire ! The cheese curds are amazing, we ordered a few rounds because everyone kept devouring them. I got the steak frites bites which were cooked to perfection. The sangria they had was refreshing and it was cool how they torched it before we drank it. My daughter got the salmon with risotto and it was odd because the risotto came cold at first and we had to send it back for them to warm it up. The fish and chips was good, but nothing special, just standard fish and chips. I’m taking a few points for them for service, because our server though she was very friendly and cool, forgot things a few times that we had to remind her about. Also we brought a cake and they charged us a $2 per slice cake cutting fee. I know it’s hard for restaurants right now but that’s just seems petty. All in all it’s a cool place, check it out if you’re in the area.”
“The place was beautiful, and the people were kind and lovely. The food was very delicious, and I really enjoyed it. However, the person who served us unfortunately, I forgot his name! had a very arrogant attitude. He seemed annoyed and surprised by our requests, and his facial expressions made us feel very uncomfortable. It reached the point where we directly asked him, “Are we asking for too much?” Overall, the place and food were great, but the service experience was disappointing.”
“The place was super busy on a Thursday which is to be expected, we had a table outside with the heaters which were absolutely perfect. The drinks were good and the cheese curds were great but the steak frites might have been the worst I’ve ever had to the point that I chewed them so long I almost gagged. They are new to the menu so maybe they will be better with feedback but fair warning my friends.”
