“The store itself is decent enough, but the staff—specifically the security guard—are not. They follow you wherever you go, talk about you, and monitor your every move as if you were a criminal or had done something wrong. I haven't done anything to offend you, so stop watching people and gossiping about them. I paid for my purchases. There is also a Black woman working at the checkout counter who is not pleasant at all. They watch you and talk about you for absolutely no valid reason. This behavior tarnishes the store's reputation, and these employees should be fired. It seems they are actively looking for any excuse to kick you out of the premises. Simply put, I advise you to shop elsewhere.”
“The aisles were clean and organized with good amount of room to walk past people. Staff members were available if I had any questions during my visit. Nice and clean seating area for eating meals after check out. Self check out was quick and easy. Parking garage is available to use during visits. I highly recommend this Whole Foods location if you live or visit West Loop.”
“This is a great Whole Foods location for the West Loop. It is not as large as some of the other Whole Foods stores, but it still has a solid selection and is very convenient for the neighborhood. The Amazon return area is a major plus and makes the store even more useful beyond just grocery shopping. The customer service has also been phenomenal every time I have needed help. The employees are friendly, helpful, and actually make the shopping experience better. For the size and location, this store does a great job. It is clean, convenient, well managed, and one of the better grocery options in the West Loop. Easy five stars.”
