“I come here so often, I’d consider myself a regular but I’m too shy to really build rapport with anybody here. Over in oak lawn, there’s not a lot of pho options to begin with but I’d travel the distance even if I didn’t live 10 min away. I’m very simple with my pho and so my order usually consists of -A small pho tai, -maybe some chicken skewers, -and a type of rice bowl. The flavors of the broth is so rich every time and it’s consistent enough that I’ve probably been here over 50 times. Today, I tried their classic bahn mi for the first time and it wasn’t my fav, the bread was a lil too crispy. I almost gave the atmosphere a 3 but I actually think it’s really cute and quiet inside. And it’s right off the train so you can people-watch out the window. It’s actually a very peaceful place.”

“We just moved here and found this spot when we googled Vietnamese food. Pho Cafe is a huge surprise! They are like haven of Vietnamese food! I ordered pho (seafood) and my son beef. I didn’t expect the seafood pho to taste yumm! Looove it. Our appetizer fresh spring rolls and crab Rangoon were so exquisite. My God! Their fresh rolls were sooo good I swear I’m going back. I love that their glass noodles are thicker. The crab Rangoon was served hot and crispy and juicy! It was a delightful experience! Shout out to joey who took care of us!
