Ok, I want to to point out this is NOT on the hostess I talked to on the phone, I know they’re probably just following some random policy.
Edit update to hair on my porkbelly: They refunded my money $20 then proceeded to chastise me for posting a photo that I threw it in the garbage.

Just found this place walking around lunchtime. Clean and very personable staff. Food was delicious! Ordered Pho and the tofu noodle dish and of course a boba tea. Will definitely go back. Recommend stopping by!

I love this concept. No waiters / servers. Walk up, order on a screen, pick up yer food once they call yer name. Genius. Pho get about it!

Great spot for some good pad thai and pho. The portions are gigantic for the price that you pay and you will either get full to the brim or will leave with a bunch of leftovers. The ordering system with the touchscreen is super convenient but also encourages using cash than card (as paying with cash is 10% cheaper). Perfect spot for a quick and easy dinner and I’ll definitely be coming back!

“OBSESSED with this place.”
OBSESSED with this place! Huge portions, quick service and beyond consistent quality. We come here probably once a month and it’s amazing every time. Favorite dishes are the Singapore noodles, classic pho, potstickers and rangoons but you truly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu here.

Had the pho with brisket and meatball and it was really flavorful without feeling heavy. The portions left me full but not stuffed, which is nice. Ordering from the kiosk was easy and the staff were genuinely friendly when calling out my name. The place has a cozy, no‑fuss atmosphere that makes grabbing comfort food easy. Definitely a spot I’ll go back to when I need something soul warming.

“Omgosh, this place is great.”
Omgosh, this place is great. I got the beef ball pho, extra beef balls. Broth was so perfect, I’m so picky with my pho broth. These people got it right. Don’t forget the shrimp rolls. So fragrant light and delicious. I’ll definitely be back to try some of the other dishes

Great vegetarian options! We had the Banh Mi and Banh Xeo - both were really good and very filling. We ordered ahead for pick up, and the food was ready very quickly.

An amazing spot for Pho in Chicago!!!!!! The owners are absolutely lovely, and the pho with beef brisket is delicious. Also highly recommend crab rangoon (imitation crab with cream cheese) and their milk tea!!

“I LOVE MK noodle.”
I LOVE MK noodle. I’d recommend bringing cash to pay (saves you 10%), get the steak pho, with the crab rangoon. It’s the best solo dinner for comfort, flavor, and great portion sizes. My only tweak is that I wish they maybe had better seating, sometimes it’s a little wonky with picnic tables and normal tables but still doesn’t take away from the great food and service.
