“Muy rica mi torta de asada, y muy buen servicio. Salió rapido mi comida 😁”

“Absolutely great food! I had the Torta Ahogada and it was amazing! I also had the tamales and a stuffed pepper and they were both really good. My friend had quesadillas and horchata and they were really good as well! The black salsa is amazing! Service was really fast and they were really nice.”

“Delicious food and quick service every time. Dining in is a must, you will be served an incredible black salsa and cup of soup. Entrees and drinks are great, but what keeps me coming back is the salsa.”

“I love this casual neighborhood taquiera. The food comes out fast & fresh. The staff are always friendly, inviting, and take great care of the guests whether you’re in a big group or having dinner alone. The black salsa has a rich savory flavor with a mild spice. The strawberry margarita is a lovely treat after a long week. 10/10”

“Great, so pretty good service from server and kitchen staff. Thanks”

“Had a wonderful lunch. My barbacoa tacos and my son's steak burrito were delicious and we both loved the salsa. Staff was friendly!”

“Traspasada is a go-to Restaurant for me. I stop in for a meal every time I am in Chicago to enjoy their authentic Mexican dishes. Today I had Pollo en Mole along with 2 tacos de tripa. It was amazing. The Mole was among the best I have had. Rich and earthy, a little sweet and a little spicy.”

“I went with my dad to eat food It was really good I really love that they give you a free fideo soup they give you as a starter by far the best dish”

“This place was recommended…food is average… but might be less than average. Idk there are better taco spots in the area. Staff was friendly.”

“Firstly, we called and asked if they offer a California style burrito. We explained that entailed fries and guac on the inside, to which the employee stated to just come in and that they’d make it for us as they have all of the ingredients. Great. We head over. Service was prompt, however, I was shocked to see the total. $60 for 2 burritos (no rice and beans) and 2 margaritas in Avondale is outrageous. They failed to communicate that there would be an additional charge of 8.50 for adding fries and avocado to the burritos. Would have been nice to know. Will not be returning. Also, mind you, margs are listed for $10 a pop but we were charged $13! Total ripoff.”
