“Just left this Thai spot feeling like my taste buds ran a marathon—in the best way possible 🔥 The chicken pot stickers were crispy little pockets of joy, and the chicken pad kee mao? Pure fire. Literally. I asked for “medium spice” and pretty sure I unlocked a new sweat gland. The place itself looks like someone spilled a rainbow and decided to keep it—bright, cozy, and full of good vibes. 10/10 would burn my tongue here again.”
“A nice restaurant with great ambience and food in Darien. We got their Tom ka (coconut milk soup), the pot sticker, panang curry (it was sweet for the mild preparation), and pad peng (ground chicken). Highly recommended.”

“I found this little gem when searching for Thai food in the area. I can tell you right now that the prices are more than reasonable for the ample portions they have. If you think Bua is even remotely expensive then you should try White Crane in Naperville. That place is way overpriced for the same food. Bua is tucked away in a small strip. Not a lot of traffic. We didn’t need any reservations when we walked in after 7:40 pm. We were seated right away. The owner is very friendly and attentive. Food came out fast and fresh. We ordered Thai ice tea, beef pad si-ew, tofu pad thai, massaman curry, and mango sticky rice. -Thai ice tea 5 - very refreshing. I like the glass it came in. -beef pad si-ew 4 - beef was tough and chewy. Not sure if it’s because we came in closer to closing time. The sauce and noodles were good. Noodles are a little chew. -tofu pad thai 5 - noodles are chewy and sauce isn’t bland. Good amount of tofu pieces. Colorful dish with the sufficient amount of veggies. -beef massaman curry 4 - not spicy. Very creamy. Could use a bit more flavor. Good amount of meat but beef was overcooked. A bit chewy and tough. -mango sticky rice 5 - big pieces of mango. Sticky rice was a little sweet. Seasonal dessert only.”
“Ive come here multiple times on my lunch break from work and I always receive bad service from the lady at the restaurant that was working the front desk today 04-10-26. I dont know what her deal is because the older lady and younger lady who is here on the weekends always provide good customer service. Today she decided to charge me 20% extra on top of my meal and tried to play dumb. She added the gratuity and tried to not show me the breakdown until I asked for it , this is totally unacceptable and i felt targeted like I wasnt going to tip when in actuality I tip here all the time. I won't be back anytime soon , the owner need to get rid of this lady ASAP before she ruins the business. (Original review) Tried this spot out on a whim because I just started working in the area and have been here twice already. Customer service is good and the food is even better. In this photo I tried the curry salmon and it was extremely tasty , definitely worth giving a try it your I'm the area.”
