“Every time I call this restaurant I'm unsure if I'm calling a restaurant or someone's personal line because the lady just answers the phone by saying hello so I asked if this is the Taco restaurant to be sure I'm calling the right place she said said no and hung up,and I know I literally just called through Google to be sure I went back on Google and called again she picked up the phone and hung up again then I called back she didn't answer so I used my other number she picked up I asked to speak to a manager she just held the phone and didn't say anything as I was talking to her, she's very rude and unprofessional I will not be back and I actually like the tacos but she gives off racist vibes UPDATE* I CHECKED MY ONLINE BANK STATEMENT AND NOTICED I WAS CHARGED MORE THAN I SEEN ON THE RECEIPT 🧾 I SIGNED, I GUESS SHE JUST GAVE HERSELF A TIP BUT I WILL BE TALKING WITH MANAGEMENT TOMORROW I'M SURE THEY Don't CARE I'VE SEEN NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SAME LADY BEING RUDE TO CUSTOMER AND SHE'S STILL THERE BUT ONE THING FOR SURE THEY WILL BE REFUNDING ME MY MONEY BECAUSE I WOULD'VE NEVER GIVEN HER AN TIP FOR THE HORRIBLE SERVICE I RECEIVED”
