10 out of 10 this place was amazing! We had the collard green dip and it was the best dip hands down. The smothered pork chops were cooked to perfection. The mac and cheese and fried chicken didn't disappoint. Good food good music such a vibe.

Came here to celebrate my girls birthday and soul prime did not disappoint!! Hannah took care of us at the bar, service was amazing and they were so friendly. We ordered SO much and everything was DELISH. Don't skip on ordering the collard greens dip. We will be back :)

“I LOVED this place.”

I LOVED this place. I will 100% be back. Me and my man came during happy hour and I’m so glad we did. We had great drinks, great food and superb service. From the chef coming out and speaking to us to the amazing service from the bartender. I can’t recommend this place enough. I personally told the chef that she will be seeing me again. We got every wing flavor they had, catfish nuggets, parm truffle fries, and short rib tacos. Their portion sizes were great, I would even say generous. Their flavors were great. I told the chef our fries weren’t cooked long enough and she immediately took it back and came back with perfectly crispy fries. They don’t skimp on the meat on the tacos, AT ALL. Everything was seasoned so well. Special shout out to our Bartender Tamecia! She made amazing drinks, and gave EXCELLENT service. Chef Royce has something special here and I wish her and the full team much success!!!

Amazing experience the restaurant was clean the service was a 10/10 our server Karen was so sweet. I had a party of 4 we had a reservation finding parking was a hassle but we found a small parking garage on the same block as the restaurant. We ordered so much food the appetizers are big portions we shared everything. The fried green tomatoes with crab 10/10, collard greens dip 10/10,crab cakes with fried shrimp on top 20/20 I cant stop thinking about them 😋. The drinks 🔥🔥 we ordered jerk chicken,catfish with spaghetti & baked beans,lollipop lamb chops, 😋 we had no more room had to take our entree to go we had a great time. The manager unique was friendly and amazing gave us free banana pudding it was a 10/10 we are planning another ladies day and will be back soon!!!

That collard green dip! That Mac! That Catfish! Yess! UPDATE: 8.16.25 - Amazing food and ambiance and wait staff on my 2nd time there! However, timing of food needs an overhaul. This was also present on my 1st trip but I left that out of original review. It shouldn't take approximately 97 minutes to get your dinner from when you place your order and some of the staff is fully aware of this. This in turn will affect long term business and could potentially harm servers tips. Please work on this. Food is too good to have dine in customers waiting this long. Even the table next to us had to wait close to an hour for their appetizer and were getting restless.

What can I say… I stumbled upon this hidden gem after getting a massage, near by. I was able to walk in and secure a table at 3 pm on a Thursday afternoon. The place is quaint so I wouldn’t chance a walk in during the evening or weekends. I was greeted by very pleasant and friendly faces which is a plus. The owner was also such a sweetheart. She came around and talked to everyone. The vibe and music were on point! I could hardly eat my food for bobbing and singing to the mix of music that was playing. Food: Fried Green Tomatoes -1000/10! I order fried green tomatoes every where and these were the best I ever had. The flavor profile was fye🔥🔥 Beef Short Rib Tacos -10/10 They were very juicy and flavorful 290 Platter ( Fried Catfish, wings, fries and cornbread muffins)- 10/10 Banana Pudding - 10/10 I loved the fact that it was homemade and not like the Snack Pack creations that a lot of places sell. Sweet Potato Pie & Ice Cream - 7/10 Spiked Strawberry Lemonade 10/10 I would definitely recommend!

Let me just start by saying, the short rib tacos were 10/10. They were small but packed with huge flavors. Be prepared to spend a few dollars but it’s worth every penny. The customer service was exceptional. Our waitress checked on us often and provided us with everything we needed. The food was hot and delicious. Give them a try and I promise you’ll be satisfied.
