“WOW PHENOMENAL SERVICE!! The food was ready right on time and tasted like it was made right at home. The sides are always my fave and the catfish was great but my plate got soaked with bbq sauce so next time I’ll ask for it packed separately but other than that this in my new go to! If you’re looking for some down to earth soul food give them a try!”

“Oh….my god. I just got a little sample plate that had red beans and rice, black eyed peas, a baby back rib, a fried chicken leg, and a baked cajun chicken thigh. YALL. This Georgia boy feels back at home. The peas were seasoned so well it didn’t need the hot sauce. Red beans and rice was also well seasoned. The fried chicken was HOT and CRUNCHY. Do not even get me started on the rib, I crashed out when the bone fell off. And the chicken thigh, juicy and so spicy. DO NOT PASS THIS JOINT UP.”

“Found this restaurant from a Titkok video, feels good to have a touch of soul on the North side😋”

“The food was delicious and reasonably priced! They were so nice and courteous and the sweet lady at the register Kidane was very and helpful with the menu. I found a new place and I’ll definitely be back!!”

“Some of the best fried catfish, spaghetti, and greens I’ve had outside my mama’s house and my mama can COOK cook. The fish was fried to perfection, the greens were seasoned and tender, and I couldn’t resist eating it in my car 😅. I’m not sure if they only use their restaurant space for events but it was empty. They had plenty of seating though, and bar, and a DJ booth so I can imagine a wedding reception or a party would be NICE.”

“I made an order of the 2 piece with Mac and cheese and a side of candied yams. Instead I received spaghetti and spinach. Now who THE HELL would want a combination like that?? Instead of doing the right thing like calling and letting me know they were out of something or just simply refunding me. It became a sloppy substitute for greed.”
“The place is very large and nice. It appears that they have a lot of catered events there, because of the seating arrangement. We sat at the bar and chatted with the cashier while we waited for our food to be prepared. The music and atmosphere were great. The spaghetti could've used more seasoning, but overall the food was delicious, especially the soul food vegetable egg rolls. We enjoyed both fried and jerk chicken, Mac and cheese, candied yams, greens made with turkey and spaghetti. Please support this small business so that we keep these types of gems in the neighborhood. I will be back for more good food and great service!”
“Didn't use uber They did to hired more help and have a better app”
“The catfish is so damn good!!!! I wish I could eat it everyday! And that beef spaghetti! DELISH! But they forgot my caramel cake I paid for in my pick up order tonight and no one has called back. We got home, ate the dinner, and then looked for the caramel cake in the bag. Their caramel cake is pure heaven! They owe us a slice of caramel cake or a credit!”
