“One of the best Korean meals I've ever had. The 갈비 GALBI was outstanding—the best I've ever tasted—and the portions were generous. We also ordered 떡볶이 tteokbokki and 파전 pajeon to go. Both were fresh, chewy, and delicious. The Sparkler drink and Korean-style coffee looked just like they do in K-dramas. They were the perfect, refreshing finish after a hot bowl of soondubu on a Chicago summer day. The staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place for authentic, delicious Korean food and will definitely be back.”
“As a Korean food queen 👑, I know this place is famous for its tofu soup… but I’m a meat girl through and through. 🔥 The galbi was so tender, and every sizzling dish on the hot stone looked incredible. Seeing the next table’s spicy pork gave me instant food envy, but I knew I wouldn’t be able to finish another order. Guess I need to come back soon. 🤤❤️”

“I have probably eaten Soon-Dubu more than a thousand times in Seoul, New York, LA, and various other places around the world. I can confidently say that this restaurant offers some of the best flavors I've ever tasted. The franchise consistently delivers the same great taste across its entire menu, but there is a subtle difference here: the food feels as though it is prepared and served with genuine care. I love the small, boutique-like atmosphere of the restaurant. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to try authentic Korean food beyond Soon-Tofu soups.”
