“The food here was great! The inside was also very cute and the atmosphere was nice!”

“This is a great place to visit when you're in Chicago, especially if you're looking for a fun and memorable dining experience. The food was amazing, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was my first time trying this style of restaurant, and I was genuinely impressed. The experience is interactive and a little messy, but that's part of the fun. We made the rookie mistake of not using the gloves they provided and definitely paid the price for it. Even with gloves, expect to get a little dirty, but it is completely worth it. Between the delicious food and unique atmosphere, it was an experience I won't forget and would happily do again.”

“Best thing I’ve eaten in a long time. Went for ‘very spicy’ - I have quite a high tolerance but it was almost too much, I almost went for the most spicy so glad I didn’t ! Absolutely delicious the corn is a must”

“This outing was a welcome home for my Son. It was great and the food was great for garlic lovers. The atmosphere was great ant the service was good. I recommend for Seafood Lovers. And there is valet parking!”

“El ambiente es sin duda muy acogedor. La decoración del restaurante es muy bonita sobre todo en esta época navideña. El personal que atiende es amable y cordial. Además hablan español. Los precios de los platos o más bien bolsas de mariscos nos parecieron correctos en comparación a otros restaurantes similares. Los camarones, los mejillones y el cangrejo estaban muy ricos y bastante frescos lo cual es muy importante en este tipo de restaurantes. La verdad fue de nuestro completo agrado.”

“First timer and it was nice. Service was fast and the food was good. Nice lil spot for a date. Valet parking $10 which made it even better.”

“Pretty much sit down un take out format. You.order at counter and sit down they bring amazing food to you but you grab your own to go containers.”

“I love this downtown location. It's always clean, quick service, great portions for the cost, well seasoned and balanced food ( not overly salty or over seasoned), and just a great atmosphere. My only concerns are that it is often cold in the establishment ( this could be because of the loftstyle ceiling or the location of the building), I'm not sure. In addition, I believe it is unnecessarily dark in the hallway leading to the bathrooms and the women's bathroom. Women need to be able to see what is going on in that space for hygiene and sanitation purposes. I couldn't see anything in the stall because it was so dark. It might have been a great concept originally, but it doesn't make sense with the rest of the restaurant being well lit. Plus, I would want to know the stalls and bathrooms are being cleaned appropriately. It's pitch black in there. Those ceiling lights do not provide enough light to see when you are in the stall. It's brightest by the sink, which makes no sense.”

“A pretty good spot for Cajun seafood. We had Fill your own bag and ordered shrimps, snow craps and muscles. We added corns, cauliflower and potatoes with Everything sauce. We also had cornbread. It was all delicious. The place was clean, cutely decorated, and some old-school r&b in the background. Just be ready to get your hands dirty and don’t wear white clothes.”

“We have been to many crab boil places in Chicago and or throughout the Midwest region and I must say this place still remains in our top 3 seafood boil restaurants in Chicago. I could go on about how good there cornbread is or there favorable seafood boil is or maybe there wings. Aw how about the lemonade…. Let me stop I am wanting to go there right now. I recommend this place if you want a great seafood boil with great sides as well. Not to mention the vibe at the bar area. #lifecoachcw #god_bless_the_real”
