“The tacos are BOMB! The Cooks threw down and the Cashier was such a nice a person to order with for it being the first time to get this kind of Taco. If you're solo definitely try two different protein types and it's so filling in the hungry department. Order some rice and beans and you're guaranteed for a nap or little snooze sesh afterwards. It's great soul food of a different type if you wanna try something that I'd Tacos but a different kind of Tacos. If you like sopa ( like my comadre does) he got filled up on the Ramen option if that's what you prefer and had some left-over for la casa. I look forward to coming back to this place later in the year😉”

“These Quesabirrias are loaded! So tasteful, lots of flavor, you get the crunch of the tortilla on every bite! Love love the aguacate salsa as well! Great, welcoming service as well! I need to go back yesterday!”

“I took my youngest daughter to Pilsen for the first time, and I had to bring her to Quesabirria Jalisco Tacos. This is a perfect example of how Mexican food evolves right in front of you. The roots are ancient, but this is a modern spin, a cross between a taco, a quesadilla, and birria. The shell comes out crisp and orange from the consomé it's dipped in, and that same broth shows up on the side for dunking. We would have sat outside, the smoke inside stung my eyes even though the aroma was good, but it was raining. So we stayed in. We each had two. I went with horchata, she had jamaica. And the whole neighborhood is wrapped in street art, which we loved as much as the food.”

“My first experience here was pretty great. I walked in for the first time and wanted steak tacos. I thought that they probably do not do the steak tacos, only the quesabirria. The young lady said we can do us like Taco and usually it's not on the menu. Well, this was probably one of the best steak tacos I ever have and I would challenge anyone to try it because it's pretty delicious. We want this to stay on the menu or I want us to stay on the menu. I shall return.”

“Highly recommend! We were visiting from Atlanta and QuesaBirria was our destination! Friendly staff, great food, great friends and a great time. We had the surf n turf, al pastor, chicken and beef quesabirria tacos. Our friend also got the quesabirria ramen. He strongly recommend it!”

“After a long-awaited trip, I finally made it to Quesabirria Tacos in Pilsen, and it was totally worth the wait. The birria tacos were not only halal, but easily some of the best tacos I’ve had in town. The tortillas were perfectly crispy on the outside, while the inside was packed with amazingly flavorful, tender meat and just the right amount of melted cheese. Every bite was delicious. The only thing that initially threw me off was not seeing any onions and cilantro, but I later discovered they were tucked away in the aluminum foil. Other than that, everything was spot on. The restaurant itself is a nice, small, cozy spot. I stopped by for lunch on a weekday, and it wasn’t overly crowded. The ambiance was great, with old-school freestyle music playing in the background, which added to the experience. A special shout-out to Merary, who was absolutely amazing and provided excellent service. I’ll definitely be back. I If you’re looking for outstanding halal birria tacos, this place is a must-visit.”

“Both the quesabirria and the birria ramen were delicious!”

“Literally one of the best experiences ever. Came in after getting a tattoo and I was ravenous, this place hit THE spot. Everyone who works there is so sweet and our food was amazing. Def will be coming back”

“You're very happy with the food find a service. I spoke with Star she was very helpful and nice!”

“If you want cheesy crunchy meat seasoned filled tacos this place is for you. The tacos are great.. wasn't feeling the Ramen it was very salty 😕couldn't eat it tho but I guess they don't specialize in that so yea”

“The tacos are good but they’re loaded with grease, and the consommé is just as oily. If youre trying this place for the first time I’d recommend ordering just 2 tacos before committing to more. The beef was tender i felt it could definitely use more seasoning. The green sauce was good too. I wish they served chopped onions and cilantro on the side because it would add some freshness and a nice crunch Overall good place but it’s very heavy and greasy so it’s more of a once-in-a-while meal than something I’d want often.”
