“Amazing Polish restaurant in Lincoln Park Chicago! We tried the Polish Platter, Zapi, and the Parm Maczanka. The service was great and the overall restaurant is awesome.”

“I will start with a dinner recommendation for those of you who are unsure if you should go in and what to order. As a first timer start with Zapi (cut in smaller portions and turn it into an appetizer for everyone to try) then order the Polish platter and wash it down with Polish beer - ask for Warka (easy to pronounce) or point to any of the first 7 beers on the menu ;) As a Polish American I am excited to see new Polish restaurants coming back to Chicago and this one comes with a mission. Introducing Polish street food to Lincoln Park. From classic pierogis, to the GOAT of Polish street food -zapiekanka, grilled kielbasa with horseradish mustard, and potato pancakes — this place is bringing street food culture to our city. Make sure to enjoy their cute outdoor patio and SMACZNEGO”

“We had a great experience here. Our waitress was super friendly, the food was awesome, and the atmosphere was comfortable. They had the windows open and the sun was out so it was perfect. Very affordable prices as well, can’t wait to come back with my parents!”

“On a busy Saturday night, the staff handled a difficult crowd deftly. I saw one entitled brat after another interrupt them to demand service out of turn. The patrons notwithstanding, the atmosphere is quintessentially Chicago with world class finishes where it counts. The food lulled me into a blissful haze. And the cocktails... Well, they're as good as anywhere. All of this and they're not even hardly over priced.”

“As a Polish-American, can guarantee the food is really good”

“Food was great, drink options were good and varied, and service was great. We went for lunch and it was very chill and perfect.”

“This was our first time and we will definitely be back! We got the pierogi benedict, chicken kebab (which is like a wrap), and the Polish platter and subbed the regular sausage for the spicy sausage. Everything was SO good! I think the chicken kebab was my favorite though which actually surprised me. We were intrigued by some of their milkshake flavors so at the end decided to get the coconut one. It was almost like having a milkshake version of a piña colada, I loved it!”

“Great spot for a quick dinner before seeing a show at Steppenwolf. We tried two different Maczanka sandwiches and the Brussels sprouts, and everything was delicious. Service was friendly and fast. Can't wait to come back and try some other items on the menu.”
