“Palmitas Mexican Food just made it onto my favorites list. I had the best enchiladas rojas I’ve had in a long time—the chicken was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. We also ordered the Mojarra Nayarit (fried tilapia with Nayarit sauce), and it was outstanding—beautifully cooked and incredibly impressive. The fresh guacamole and light, crispy chips didn’t disappoint either. I also loved both their roja and verde sauces. Definitely check this place out!”
