The food was very good. Ravioli was very tasty. Fish was juicy. Mushroom risotto was also very good. Definitely a place worth trying. Service was good.

Such a great classic Chicago Italian spot. They’re all so friendly inside and immediately make you feel like a regular. Our favorite dishes are the grilled calamari app, country style rigatoni, chicken mirabella (huge portion) and the French fries are amazing. Their specials are always so good, too. Editing to add a review of their brunch: Love the classic breakfast spread they offer. The sausage is their classic Italian sausage and sets them apart from other breakfast spots in the neighborhood. Our toddler loves the kid’s breakfast plate with pancakes, eggs and hash browns. It’s so much food that we always have leftovers. So happy to have a small business breakfast option so close to us.

We came here spontaneously while celebrating our daughter’s 8th birthday, and it turned out to be a great choice! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was professional and friendly, and to finish the evening we had an amazing dessert — ice cream with fresh fruit prepared right at our table, almost like a little show. The restaurant filled up very quickly, which created a really nice atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our visit and would gladly come back!

Had a wonderful meal this evening! Phil was our server and he was outstanding! I didn’t know this place existed but I’m happy our friends recommended it. We didn’t have reservations and were seated immediately. We ate early but by the time we left the restaurant had filled up. We had calamari and meatballs for appetizers, wedge salad and for dinner, lasagna, spaghetti bolognese and our wives shared chicken, sausage and peppers ( that dish was amazing! All the food was delicious. No dessert because we were full. Portions are HUGE! Old school too as we left we saw banana flambé being prepared table side. We parked across the street in a vacant lot. The restaurant is right off the Kennedy on Addison. We will definitely be back!

Unassuming exterior is greeted with cozy and clean interior and delightful overall experience with excellent food and even better service. Ernesto and staff was accommodating and made everyone feel comfortable. I would recommend for dates, family dinners and birthdays - the whole restaurant joined in singing happy birthday. Terrific experience.

From the minute we walked in the staff made us feel like family. This is what a neighborhood place is all about. The bar was super cozy and not super loud. The food was absolutely incredible. We split a few things and each was better than the next. The hot bread they brought is a top five in the city. We will be back for sure.

My first time going there. The food was great. 6 of us went for an early dinner. I tasted several dishes from the other people on the table all are great. We had steak cooked to perfection. The pasta was good and the lemon chicken was also good. Will definitely be going there again. The service was great. They all worked like a family.

I was a sole diner here visiting from Scotland. Friendly service and food was lovely! I was expecting the shrimp scampi to be a creamy pasta dish which it wasn't however it was delicious! The warm crusty bread is to die for! Highly recommend this cosy restaurant 👌

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mirabella Italian Cuisine & Bar! Everything we ordered was delicious, starting with the spinach apple salad it was incredible! So fresh and full of flavor. The linguine with clam sauce (white) was outstanding perfectly cooked pasta and a rich, savory sauce. We also tried the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and shrimp, and it was equally amazing creamy, flavorful, and comforting in every bite. Even the bread was wonderful warm, fresh, and the perfect complement to our meal. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great Italian food and a welcoming atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

Great local neighborhood Italian restaurant in Irving Park. The waiter and staff were great and the food was excellent and comparable to going to downtown Chicago without the downtown pricing or parking
