“I’m late posting this review and sorry that I deleted the pictures but this is a black owned establishment and the food is delicious! The restaurant is small and I pray they get a larger location. The ambiance is nice, not to dark and very clean. I been here twice and it was a slam dunk both times. The honey hot catfish is amazing. It’s REAL catfish not swai fish. Don’t let the name scare you, the fish comes out piping hot and the honey hot sauce drizzled on it is the perfect compliment to the dish. The strawberry wing appetizers are simply delicious and flavorful. Please don’t hesitate on the beef short rib it is fork tender the portion size is really nice it’s paired with mashed potatoes that were really good as well I should have asked for extra gravy because I’m a saucy person. The cornbread is delicious but not a shareable size in my opinion so order your own. The jambalaya shrimp pasta was also good and the shrimps were huge. The chicken Alfredo is a must try as well. What I love about this restaurant is that the food is solid, very good and you don’t feel cheated with the portion size. The food came out piping hot and the and quick we didn’t have to wait all night. Please order the frozen lemonade and piña colada. 6/21/26 We went back here today Father’s Day and AGAIN it was a hit this time I took the pictures. We got in and out without any reservations. EVERYTHING was good and I had to take a frozen lemonade to go which taste really good even when it melts. We had stuffed salmon, braised short rib, smash burger, strawberry blazing wings, and taco dip and it was all delicious.”

“Food was fantastic, be advised menu has changed if it’s been awhile since you’ve gone some of my favs were gone but overall menu is still great! Making new favorites. Drinks are always great but slow to get, if it’s crowded it will be really loud and it feels like you’re screaming to Your party to hear, if it’s chill and less crowded you can hear the music and the selection is perfection a good mix for everyone!”
“The place is very small, and so is the menu, so make sure to make reservations. The food and the drinks are delicious. We were a party of 8 so we took up three tables but we enjoyed everything we ordered. Just be careful if you order the jerk pasta, as the chicken is very hot. I mean, I love jerk and hot food, but it was too hot to enjoy. The only downside was the bartender rushing us to get up so other guests could come in. I'm sorry it's small but we was there spending money just look at our bill in the picture. So it was rude of her to rush us when we kept buying drinks we weren't just sitting and talking. But anywho me and my girls enjoyed the place besides being told to drink that shot and get up out of here. Yes, you reading it right and it was said like that and my sister still tipped her. And we tipped our server because she stated the service charged put on the bill they don't get any of that money.”
“This place is a solid 4, 4.5. The food, service and drinks were really food. The bathrooms are clean, they have 2 which is good for a restaurant of this size. The server knew the menu and spoke only on items he had and I really appreciate the honesty. The bill for 2 was 130, that was 2 drinks, 2 meals and an appetizer, that's really good! Krack Korn is really good, the deviled eggs were on the sweet side, hot honey catfish was very good and crispy and the jambalaya, while it said a little spicy was very spicy but full of flavor. I earned $10 in rewards from my first so I'll be back soon, gotta my way thru the menu!”
