The food is super tasty and they have a decently large menu, BYOB, the salsa is spicy and they have some variety with the salsas to eat with the chips. The live karaoke keeps the place fun and lively and it’s open 24 hrs so you can stop by any time for food. The horchata is also fire.

“Found another diamond in the rough only a couple blocks away from my reload.”
Found another diamond in the rough only a couple blocks away from my reload. It started with chips in a basket with 2 salsas and picked carrots and jalapenos in a third dish. Followed by a type of chicken soup and the main course was Huarache with steak.

“Stopped in for National Margarita day.”
Stopped in for National Margarita day! They featured $6 classic margs this day, which was 1 of the best specials i found across all of chicago. Now I don't typically do classic margaritas b/c i find them to be eother too sweet or too sour. I was thoroughly impressed with these margs & after 2 thwy had us feeling lovely! Their regular price point was roughly $12 which was still good considering quality & size! The glass that they served them in were the cutest also. I ordered the fried snapper. I thought that it was a bit overcooked. Didnt think it was worth the $25+ I should've stuck with my norm of trying fajitas. I did enjoy the rice & beans though. The chips & salsas were really good also! They had a nice spice to them and chipa were fresh. My boyfriend order a platter with tostada, taco & enchilada & enjoyed his. He has pork, steak & chicken. It was out 1st time here but not our last...they are also 24hrs!

“This was my 1st time Here.”
This was my 1st time Here. Ordered 3 Steak Burritos, 2 steak tacos, 2 vegetarian tacos, 1 quesadilla, 2 rice and 1 horchata. The horchata was good, the tacos all tiny for $2.75 per taco. The meat nit seasoned and lots of fat and grizzle. The meat was drenched in oil. They have no green ir red sauce only roasted sauce. I was overcharged as well. The inside is nicely decorated. The employee was distracted and missed many customer calls do to the TV being loud and the phone ringer on a soft low melody. Would I go here again?? No. El Faro is just down the street with appropriate sized tacos and condiments. I figured I would try a new place to feed the family but sadly everyone was displeased. My total was $52 and some change
