“I always come here with one of my friends who visit me from New York as she is specially request to come for her USA grade steak Tacos. The sangria never disappoints service is fast food comes out in a very timely manner. Always a great experience here.”

“Really cute family owned Mexican restaurant in Bridgeport. Apparently been there for almost 30 years. But, they're in a great spot and will taken care of. The food was delicious. Frozen strawberry 🍓 margarita was delicious. The food was fresh. The churros were also fresh and delicious. The service was wonderful, they were very accommodating and kind.”

“EAT HERE! I came with 2 friends and we can’t wait to come back. You get chips and 2 kinds of salsa. We all got the taco dinner platters and would come back for them. I had 2 steak and one beef and would get all steak next time. The service was great everyone was really friendly. And it’s a cute spot! I can’t wait to come back!”

“Had a wonderful night. Gorditas and rice was delicious. The mango margaritas were on point. Hubby had dessert while I had another margarita:)”

“Came here on a late Saturday morning for brunch, mainly to get the fried ice cream for my son, who was obsessed with the idea of fried ice cream. Service was great, and my steak and pepper burrito as HUGE and FLAVORFUL. I thought the fried ice cream was great, though not as good as Chi Chi's (RIP) but a great option to scratch that itch. Will definitely be back and recommend. MAKE SURE YOU PAY WHEN YOU PARK. THE METER MAIDS DO NOT PLAY AROUND HERE.”

“The best burritos hands down. The steak is exceptional, similar to what you would find in a steakhouse, but now incorporated into delicious burritos. The jalapeño poppers were also excellent – crunchy and delicious. I've already made this establishment one of my favorites.I especially appreciate your professionalism and the quality of your food preparation.”

“I went to Pancho Pistolas, a Mexican restaurant, and overall the food was really good. I ordered the bistec à la Mexicana, and it was delicious, well seasoned, cooked just right, and full of flavor. I also tried a horchata, and it was excellent. You can tell it was freshly made, not that premade stuff. It tasted like somebody’s abuelita was back there holding it down, you know. The service was solid. The staff was polite and friendly, and we went at the perfect time because it was not crowded at all. Everything came out smoothly and there were no issues. Now for the almost negatives. For the price they are charging, the portion size was a little on the small side. Don’t get me wrong, it was still filling, but I would have expected a bit more on the plate. I know prices are wild everywhere these days, so I get it. The bigger surprise was the drink pricing. For three people, we ordered three dinner plates, one horchata, two margaritas, and two shots, and the bill came out to $170. I had to look at the receipt twice just to make sure I did not accidentally tip twice. The two shots alone were $20, and this was not top shelf tequila, just your regular standard tequila. When a margarita is $12 and a shot is $10, the pricing does not really add up. All that said, the food was genuinely good, and I would still recommend Pancho Pistolas if you are craving quality Mexican food. Just be ready for higher prices, especially if drinks are involved. Hopefully this helps someone 🙏”

“Great food. I had a taco salad, the shell was just like I like it.”

“This is a good spot, with good food and great service. My only complaint is it can become very loud inside when full, this is because of the buildings acoustic, no one's fault. I recommend Carne Asada, it's their specialty and delicious. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is nice inside and they have outside seating during the summer, which is nice. Thos is a great spot for sure.”

“Ooof I haven’t been to a place in a long time where I didn’t like the food or less than par experience. Let me first say the atmosphere was good, and customer service was better if not matching. The tamale my friends and I got for an appetizer was unfortunately really dry and barely had meat or filling. Cant recommend this appetizer. The big burrito my friend got had a long hair in it and as someone that works in the restaurant industry it was disappointing to see. I caught it after my friend cut their burrito and I thought it was a cheese pull…only to see it wasn’t. They mentioned their remade burrito was alright but that the meat was really well seasoned and tasty. The server was kind enough to offer dessert on the house and ended up taking off the tamales off the check as a courtesy for the earlier issue. Mind you we didn’t bother to complain about the tamales. Also my side of rice tasted cheesy and weird…didn’t finish it. All I had was the tamale after I lost appetite. The fried ice cream was good and had a thing layer of crumbs. I can recommend that. Agua de jamiaca was ok…wish I could say better things especially since service was good and friendly from the start.”

“I was in the mood for tacos for dinner, so I decided to check this place out, and overall, it’s a okay spot. The restaurant has a cozy vibe with Mexican music playing, clean, and cute tables. Our server was very nice as well. One of my favorite parts was the chips and salsa—the salsa was so good and definitely a standout! My boyfriend and I ordered a taco dinner. While the tacos were yummy, they went a little heavy on the cilantro, almost to the point where it felt like a cilantro taco. The beans were delicious, and the rice was good. The horchata was fantastic and a must-try. We also ordered churros, they were okay, but probably not something I’d order again. Overall, for the price and the portion sizes, I think it’s a fair deal.”
