“This meal was the perfect way to end the night, satisfying and packed with authentic Mexican flavor”
Food is good but i don’t like the way they do business. They charge for sauce, and limes.
The atmosphere was great the food was just ok..
Went tonight to dine in. My husband went in and was told would be 5-10 minutes. We parked the car and went inside.

EAT HERE! I came with 2 friends and we can’t wait to come back. You get chips and 2 kinds of salsa. We all got the taco dinner platters and would come back for them. I had 2 steak and one beef and would get all steak next time. The service was great everyone was really friendly. And it’s a cute spot! I can’t wait to come back!

Came here on a late Saturday morning for brunch, mainly to get the fried ice cream for my son, who was obsessed with the idea of fried ice cream. Service was great, and my steak and pepper burrito as HUGE and FLAVORFUL. I thought the fried ice cream was great, though not as good as Chi Chi's (RIP) but a great option to scratch that itch. Will definitely be back and recommend. MAKE SURE YOU PAY WHEN YOU PARK. THE METER MAIDS DO NOT PLAY AROUND HERE.

“The best burritos hands down.”
The best burritos hands down. The steak is exceptional, similar to what you would find in a steakhouse, but now incorporated into delicious burritos. The jalapeño poppers were also excellent – crunchy and delicious. I've already made this establishment one of my favorites.I especially appreciate your professionalism and the quality of your food preparation.

“We enjoyed a quesadilla, guacamole, chips and salsa, and taco dinner.”
We enjoyed a quesadilla, guacamole, chips and salsa, and taco dinner. The guacamole was plentiful and well prepared. It came in a hard corn shell with plenty of chips. It was a combo of avocados, tomatoes, onions, and a bit of cilantro. Taste was solid. How was your quesadilla Olivia like one to 10 OK and why how was your portion? OK? How was the portion? The quesadilla was a nice sized portion and tasted pretty good. It could’ve been cooked more so that all of the cheese was melted. The chips and salsa that they brought out were very tasty. There were two kinds of salsa, a red salsa as well as a pico. Both of them were again excellent. Neither of them were spicy. They were very flavorful. The taco dinner was plentiful. It was a three taco dinner. We added a fourth taco and shared it among two people. There was plenty of food for both of us. We enjoyed a steak, chicken, pork and ground beef tacos. The best one was probably the pork. The steak and the ground beef are also good. The chicken was a little dry, but with some salsa was Enjoyable.

Everything about this place is good prices are reasonable, menu size is perfect and they have margaritas 🍹 👌🏽 😋. I LOVE tacos and I have to say these tacos are hands down one of the best I've ever had!!!! Seasoned to perfection (grilled chicken or steak). I also had grilled chicken flautas(they were not short stopping at all)!!!!!! The only issue I could come up with and it really wasn't an issue.....the bathrooms are in a awkward space but they do work and they are VERY clean......over all I will be returning and I would definitely recommend

I haven’t been here in over 3+ years and I’m kicking myself on why did I stop? How or why did I forget how great the steak is here? I’ll never do that again. Had a steak burrito which I will get again. The guac could use a bit of salt. Atmosphere was great for everyone

“Pancho Pistolas is truly a hidden gem that exceeded all my expectations.”
Pancho Pistolas is truly a hidden gem that exceeded all my expectations. The restaurant offers an intimate, elegant atmosphere that feels both cozy and welcoming, perfect for a night out with friends or a quiet dinner. Despite a short wait for a table, the experience was absolutely worth it. The vibe was vibrant yet relaxed, with a subtle touch of charm that made the evening feel special from the moment we walked in. As for the food, I ordered the Al Pastor Gorditas, and they were nothing short of extraordinary. The gorditas were perfectly golden-brown, crispy on the outside but soft and tender within. The al pastor filling was a feast for the senses, with its deep red hue, signaling the rich, smoky marinade. You could almost taste the layers of flavor just by looking at it. Each gordita was topped with a colorful assortment of fresh ingredients. Crisp lettuce, a juicy slice of tomato, and creamy avocado brought brightness and freshness to the dish. A generous dollop of sour cream added a smooth, tangy richness that balanced the flavors beautifully. But the real magic happened with the first bite. The al pastor was tender and juicy, each bite bursting with a smoky, sweet, and spicy blend of flavors. The gordita shell offered a satisfying crunch, while the cool lettuce and tangy sour cream cut through the richness of the pork, creating the perfect contrast. The avocado added a buttery texture, and the fresh tomato provided a refreshing, juicy finish. Every element worked together in harmony, creating a truly flavorful experience. This meal was the perfect way to end the night, satisfying and packed with authentic Mexican flavor. Pancho Pistolas really knows how to elevate traditional dishes and create an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a true culinary gem in the city!

“We ordered catering for our networking event with Pancho Pistolas.”
We ordered catering for our networking event with Pancho Pistolas. There was a ton of food for the price and the attendees really enjoyed everything! We worked with Frank Garcia on our order and he helped advise us on the best items for our event. The team was great to work with, the food was delicious, and the margaritas were strong in the best way! Highly recommend for your next event!

“Great sit-down Mexican food in Bridgeport.”
Great sit-down Mexican food in Bridgeport. We've come here a few times before and the food has always been great, big portions for the prices, and quick! You can have a full sit down meal in an hour. And the margaritas are fantastic too!
