I really enjoy going Las Fuentes as it’s my go-to spot when I want a good margarita or Mexican food. In terms of food, this place has all of the traditional dishes you would expect and they do them well. One thing that surprised me is that my food was served to me still hot, which rarely happens at restaurants. As for the drinks, the margaritas are great. The only feedback I have for the restaurant is that the patio can become quite crowded during busy hours. Additionally, I would like to see a self-pay option where we can use our phones to scan a code and pay (for example, the Toast service offered this).

I came during brunch hours , I ordered the huevos Mexicano it was delicious perfectly cooked even the rice and beans were some of the best rice and beans I've ever had the beans had a slight sweetness the rice was perfectly tender. Nice atmosphere friendly service will definitely be back

Forgot who post this place on Facebook, but thanks you. We enjoyed ourselves after coming from the White Sox game. Food was on point, the outdoor layout was epic. My youngest Kokomo enjoyed the water fountain lol. Overall great place to eat, enjoyed the scenery.

Best margarita spot in Lincoln Park! The patio is so beautiful. I am a vegan and I ordered the veggie tacos, guacamole, and salsa. Everything was delicious!! The staff was so kind. My friends and I will definitely be going back for Margarita Mondays and Taco Tuesdays!

Lovely little spot, delicious food (the sizzling molcajete was approved by my Mexican capitalina companion) and warm, friendly service. Luis is a great server, thank you for the hospitality. Bonus points for having a Burning Man set playing on the TV-- pretty cool

Patio dining with romantic lighting and a fountain! Need I say more? What a great place! We were greeted by a smiling hostess ready to get us to our seat! As soon as we sat down, our waiter came by to drop off water and take our order- we came a little later in the evening so there wasn’t much wait time for our order to be taken. We ordered a pitcher of the Mango Margarita and it was incredibly delicious. The flavor of the margarita was fresh and it tasted like the mango was pureed( I am not sure if it was- did not fact check.) The food was packed with flavor. I got the molcajete that was so much food but so delicious! This dish definitely can feed two! My partner got the tampiqueña which he said was also scrumptious. The chips and salsa were also really good. Chips were fresh and the salsa had a little spicy kick at the end! Super yummy! Definitely a place to check out!

Delicious food with large portions and authentic ingredients served by a friendly staff (thank you Carolina)! In a fun atmosphere. If you love soups try the Arroz con Pollo, and props to the Burrito Suiza al pastor and the traditional margaritas with Don Julio - FABULOUS!

Fun food and beautiful place! So huge…both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is very spacious and beautiful and at night there are blue lights and yellow lights all around. It’s very pretty. The inside is very spacious also and you can find a nice table to enjoy a romantic lunch or dinner. I will see the ambience. Here is the best, and given that many places in Chicago are not that big, this would be a great place for family, dinners, and parties with work people. The food was fresh and good. The taco bowl with avocado had a whole avocado in there plus Fried beans and salad and cheese and tomato pits and cilantro and sour cream. The pork enchiladas were very good also with sour cream and had a side of rice and refried beans with salad or lettuce pieces and tomato bits. The only part I didn’t like about it was that it was a pasty sauce The enchiladas didn’t taste as good as the salsa that we got chips when you sit down and it’s free. The second bowl of chips with salsa is three dollars extra though. Overall nice experience so enjoy coming here in the heart of Lincoln park. The food comes out fast and they also have fried ice cream!
