“Was told my order would be out in 10 mins and it took more than 30. I missed my whole lunch break waiting on 2 tortas de asada. I also asked for only frijoles, queso y aguacate and got them with everything. Then they only gave us two miniature salsas for both tortas.”
“Acabo de hacer una orden hace 20 minutos, les pide unas 2 Gorditas de asada frijoles y queso lastimamente me dieron frijoles y queso, se los reporte al servicio al cliente de halli y lastimamente el servicio de halli es pesimo le reporte que me dieron la orden incorrecta la señora que me contesto en el telefono andaba ocupada atendiendo a otros clientes pero uno confiado que la señorita tomo la orden bien que para eso son las que responden el telefono, lastimamente me dicen que uno tiene la culpa porque repitieron la orden y uno le dicen que si. Hable con la encargada de la noche una tal Maria, me falto el respeto diciendome que yo quiero comida gratis y no es mi primera vez que yo hago esto, claro reporto al banco para que me devuelvan el dinero porque los cocineros que tienen son pesimos yo quisiera hablar con el gerente o Quien sea que se encargue para solucionar esto porque no boy a aceptar la Falta de respeto de la señorita yo pago para un servicio que se supone que tienen que dar lo que el cliente pida las que Trabajan para ofrecer la comida y atender a los clientes sinceramente tienen que darles un entrenamiento o como atender a los clientes porque yo no voy a aceptar la falta de respeto de la supervisora de la noche (Maria)”
“El servicio bueno, la comida a simple vista se miraba bien pero la verdad que es sabor me decepcionó pedí unos camarones y tenían mal sabor algo desagradable, quise darle oportunidad a los tacos pero tampoco me gustó el sabor, el arroz simple… lo único que me gustó fue un licuado de plátano y el choco flan. Pero la comida no la recomiendo.”

They’re both amazing and honestly make any burrito or torta taste even better. I’ve had them a few times now and they never miss. The flavors are bold, fresh, and exactly what you want when you’re craving good Mexican food. It’s one of those places where the sauces alone keep you coming back. You can tell the team puts a lot of care into what they’re serving. Everything always tastes consistent and full of flavor. Keep up the great work, seriously. We’re already looking forward to the next time we get to stop by Haciendita again.”
