Carbon Live Fire Mexican Grill was delicious. We ordered three tacos: chicken, steak, and campechano. And the Stelote, and everything was flavorful and fresh. The chicken taco was our favorite, followed by the chorizo in the campechano, with the steak in third. The burrito was packed with juicy steak, sweet corn, and creamy sauce, and every bite was satisfying. My only critique is that the steak strips were a bit too long, which made them harder to eat. We tried all the salsas and loved the variety. The roasted red pepper creamy sauce was our favorite, and the spicy red sauce had a great kick. The salsa verde was tasty but could use a little more heat. Overall, the portions were generous, everything tasted fresh, and we’ll definitely be back!

“I love this place so much.”

I love this place so much. I have a hard time finding Mexican food that is similar to what I am used to in Arizona, but this place is the closest. Its always prepared perfectly, and the delivery is fast and efficient and the food travels well. I recommend whole-heartedly.

The absolute best DoorDash tacos. My partner and I have gotten their chicken tacos at least once a week for the last year lol. Their roasted red pepper sauce is insanely good, fresh ingredients, and we love their flour tortilla chips. 10/10!!

Ordered The Mother Clucker Burrito, Steak Tacos, Fajita Chicken Bowl, Elote Cup, and Guacamole with Corn Tortilla Chips to then wash it all down with several Lime Jarritos. You won't be disappointed with the experience, decent sized seating area and BYOB.

Delicious!! BYOB, semi-outdoor seating, and great food for a good price. The barbacoa burrito bowl was great. Filled with rice, beans, corn, salsa, cheese, it was very filling for $10.99. Fast-casual environment, order at the counter and they will bring you the food in their seating room.

I love this place, their deep fried tortilla burrito bowls are to die for! I moved to the neighborhood 8 months ago, and carbon is the place that I get food from the most often! I always get the fish burrito bowl, with cabbage instead of lettuce, with guacamole. The smokey red sauce is insane, I wish they'd give me a whole bucket of that stuff, I wanna put it on everything. It's super affordable too, I am so tempted to eat here all the time. I highly recommend this place. :)

We really enjoyed our chicken and steak burritos. The meat was fresh and flavorful, despite us being the only patrons in the restaurant. Dining area was well lit, clean, and temperature controlled; we will definitely be back again.

Ate here for the first time today and loved it! Your tacos are made fresh, so expect a little bit of a wait, but you’ll be so satisfied at the end. The fire roasted vegetable tacos were great <3 Thinking of going back in the near future to try the fish tacos.

The staff here was extremely friendly & the food was delicious. The carne asada was cooked well, not too salty or overcooked although I found the chicken to be a bit dry. They had the most mouth watering selection of in house made sauces ranging from hot, to mild, sweet to raosted pepper. My favorite was definitely the sweet pineapple corn one! 😋

I didn’t look at the reviews before purchasing the lime cilantro marinaded chicken Taco The other customer and I are on the same accord the chicken lime cilantro marinade was awful. It was very dry and I didn’t taste the marinade on the chicken. I didn’t care for the rice either. Maybe dip the chicken in the marinade or maybe use a juicer part of the chicken and maybe cook the onions with the cilantro. I will not be back sorry
