The 101 Rooftop is a great place to take visitors or guests. It has spanning views of downtown Chicago and an extensive cocktail list. I highly recommend for tourists in the area or locals who want a good not over crowded rooftop to enjoy. The service was phenomenal, we did drinks upstairs and then had dinner in the main dining room. Both of our waiters were attentive and knowledgeable. I had the steak and my boyfriend had the lamb, both were delicious and very well prepared. We cant wait to return!

I'm glad we decided to stop here on our Chicago trip. We opted for the rooftop, which was an excellent choice. The ambiance, and the drinks were great. Kathleen was our server and took really good care of us. Definitely recommend. We'll be back!

Guirmo was my server for the amazing night I had with my girls. We started off with drinks with the tiki and the mai tai which were amazing. The tuna guacamole is a must have. The lamb chops are amazing with the lobster rolls. Coming back for sure!!!! The bartender Brenda made the drinks amazing and Juan made sure we were good!!

101 Bar and Grill is 5 stars x 2. I’m still in a state of euphoria after my joint birthday celebration with my sister-in-law Tuesday evening. We started on the outside covered patio with a dinner party of 10. The setting was perfect, the food delicious, the waitstaff were very friendly and attentive and the service was wonderful. We were greeted by Jose, the general manager, who was also attentive and treated us like royalty by surprising us with a selection of candled-top desserts that when lit erupted into a fireworks show that was just dazzling. We ended our evening with drinks on the 21st floor 101 Rooftop, with beautiful skyline night views. It was an amazing evening!

My friend and I had the pleasure of visiting this gem in the heart of the Gold Coast. We started with drinks at the stylish indoor bar on the main floor, then made our way up to the rooftop Sky Terrace for a few more rounds. The views were great and the vibe was even better. We had the chance to meet the manager, Guy, whose warm hospitality truly elevated our experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we had an all-around amazing time. A big thank you to Guy and the team for making our visit so memorable. We will definitely be back.

Great rooftop restaurant! Emma was my server. Super friendly and professional. Sunset was delicious. See photos. I had the lamb chops. WOW. Sooo good. Perfectly cooked to medium rare. Lovely Sauce. Asparagus was frill-blackened just enough for a rich charred taste. The potato’s were crisped to my request (as for that if you prefer).

Came here for a late lunch on Saturday since rooftop season is approaching! EVERYTHING WE TRIED HERE… 10/10! You could tell that everything was fresh off the grill and the presentation was beautiful! We views were immaculate (you can choose where you want to sit instead of being seated which I love) and they also had a good mix of music playing on the speakers! This will definitely be a spot I frequent this summer! Here’s everything we tried: -101 Burger sliders -Shrimp & Lobster Roll sliders -Crispy Onion Rings -Elotes -Caesar Salad -MEXICAN MULE -TIKI TIME TEA -GRAN COPA PALOMA (x2)
