“Amazing customer service, such a pleasure to work with planning and on site! Hosted a 40th birthday, it was wonderful having the whole room to ourselves. They set it up so nice for us (picture has my added decor also), were allowed to bring a cake and the byob was the icing!”

The food is fantastic, both the subs (8/10) especially the chicken parm and the soup(9/10), also I had a Tiramisu 8.5/10 is AMAZING , and I also had the eclair which was quite alright 6.5/10”
“Location was tiny, lasagna was cold had to be re warmed as if it was frozen. It didn’t taste that great however the bread was decent. The reviews were good so maybe it was for a different dish or they were having a not so good day. Either way it was very disappointing.”
“Ciao! If you love mediocre, outdated "Italian" food and wish to support owners who abuse their staff, RUN, don't walk to Lucia's. With a hit-or-miss menu and skimpy portions, you may even meet "Chef" Lucia who will leave the kitchen to confront you because she needs someone else to blame for her lack of food quality control. If you want to throw rocks to sink to the bottom of Lake Michigan, order the pasty, gnocchi and use them instead. Chef Boyardee would be so proud that his mealy, condensed, low-grade meatballs are still being thusly prepared to this day! Annodare i lacci del grembiule, Lucia. Arrivederci, Dominic...”
