“I didn't feel like making dinner tonight so we walked down Foster and came here. We chose a table by the window and shortly after we sat down, a friendly waitress came and gave us our free chips and salsa. My wife and I decided to have flautas - i had steak and she had chicken. We also had some Agua frescas - hibiscus and horchata. Everything was very good.”

“Mexican food ? This is your spot. My favorite dish from this place is “ cecina encebollada” The servers are friendly, the food is good and the agua de horchata just hits the spot. I’ve been eating here for about 2 years now and I have never had any issues with my food. Must try !!!”

“Super nice ladies at front. The asads tacos are very good, arrachera,no harf meat or rubbery,,more in the smaller soze.but very good. The birria was a bit spicy for the kids,but the tacos are so good ,this one's are on bigger tortilla (regular size), chile relleno was so delicious, the sope was so well cooked. This will be my new to go place for tacos. It busy and small so be patient ,they are busy with take-outs, the only downside part was there were 2 screens on on such a small place,one with a telenovela, the other salsa music,plus the music from the kitchen(the best one by the way),but the ladies were so understanding and turned off the extra music from the screen. Definitely coming back!”
“God I love this place! It's my favorite Mexican restaurant on this stretch of Foster and there's at least 4 of them haha. The tacos are perfect, and daily specials are always great and for an excellent price. I love the huevos rancheros and the horchatas! The staff is very friendly and the service is relatively quick!”
“I've been going here for the past 2 years whenever I'm in the area. It's one of the few reliable taco spots on Foster that has good food, chill vibes and is affordable. They also have discounted meals on certain days! You have to get the Carnitas on weekends, ir is amazing! The tacos and flautas are also delicious. Fyi for those who haven't been, you line up at the cash reg to make your order.”
“Let me start by saying I am Texas born and raised, so I know good Mexican food. This place blew me away. I was skeptical about finding authentic Mexican food in Chicago, but I could not have been more wrong. The birria tacos were some of the best I have ever had, the prices were fair, and the service was excellent. If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and stop here. Order the horchata and some tacos and you will not be disappointed.”
