“The seasonal summer Bibim Naengmyeon is absolutely delicious!! I’ll definitely try the Mul Naengmyeon next time!! I also highly recommend the Beef Hot Stone Bibimbap!! 😋👍 ----------------------------------------- The LA galbi is really good! I also recommend the tteokbokki and the budae soft tofu stew. My child absolutely loves the crispy rice made from the leftover dolsot rice!”

“We love SGD especially this location is our favorite spot. All the servers are nice and polite. The food tastes amazing. Every dish comes out hot and fresh. Even though they are busy, the wait of the food isn’t too long. They also serve variety of side dishes after taking your order. So, you have some food on the table right away! Their most popular dish is all kind of tofu soups in hot stone bowls. My son loves a spicy seafood tofu soup. He always orders it but today he had SGD Tteokbokki. It also tastes great. Highly recommend this place!”

“I love this place. Perfect for a rainy/snowy day when you want some delicious and huge portions of hot Korean food. As someone who doesn’t like tofu, I think the kimchi jjigae broth is actually wonderfully flavored even if it’s not something I order. I love love love the bento boxes! I always get beef and it’s enough for 2 full servings. This place does zucchini kimchi instead of cucumbers and it’s still super crunchy. Always happy to come to this location. Service is 10/10 and it’s so nice to see how much people love this place as a meetup/lunch spot with their friends and family. Always popular for lunch. And idk if it’s just me but their barley tea is so good and I would love to have it running through my veins 🤣”

“Great service! Unlimited bunchon side dishs! Tofu stew tastes yummy”

“Very busy night, but my Kimchi Stew came quickly and was absolutely amazing! Can’t get over how tasty the banchan are too. Will definitely come back when I’m in the area”

“Side dishes was so great and fresh! Then you dont have to worry about anything! Specially kimchi!!! Staff are very friendly!!!”

“Love this place. It has great and consistent for tofu soup! I love that you can choose either ramen or hot stone rice as a side—it’s a nice touch. Kimchi beef tofu soup is my favorite, spicy please. The food was tasty, but what really stood out was the service. For a Korean restaurant, they went above and beyond: servers took turns checking in, offering refills on side dishes, water, and tea. They’ve also expanded their menu to include bento lunches and cold buckwheat soup, which is absolutely refreshing on a hot summer day. I share some with my kids. They love it so much that they ended up eating it all. I can’t blame this. If you’ve never tried cold noodle soup before, this is the perfect place to start.”

“The food is really good, we try the seafood pancake, the pork and beef bulgogi. Will be back definitely!”

“Delicious as always ! Special thanks to the waiters !❤️”

“SGD Dubu is the kind of place that immediately feels comforting, especially on a cold or rainy day. Known for its Korean tofu stews and generous portions, the restaurant serves classic Korean comfort food with all the essentials, including an assortment of banchan that start arriving at the table as soon as you sit down. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a reliable spot for both first-time visitors and regulars craving a hearty meal. The star of the menu is the soondubu jjigae, a bubbling hot soft tofu stew that arrives in a stone bowl and can be customized with different proteins and spice levels. The stew is rich, flavorful, and packed with silky tofu, making it easy to see why it's the restaurant's signature dish. Each order comes with rice, and many diners enjoy cracking the egg directly into the stew while it's still boiling. The kimchi stew and bibimbap are also popular choices, while the seafood pancake is a great addition for sharing with the table. One of the highlights of dining here is the variety of banchan that accompanies the meal. The side dishes add plenty of flavor and texture to the experience, and the combination of hot soup, rice, and banchan makes for a satisfying and complete meal. Service is consistently friendly and efficient, even during busy periods, and the staff are happy to help guide newcomers through the menu. Overall, SGD Dubu is a dependable destination for Korean comfort food, especially if you're craving a steaming bowl of tofu stew. Between the flavorful soondubu, generous portions, and plentiful banchan, it's the kind of place that leaves you full, warm, and already thinking about your next visit.”
