Our favorites were the beef bulgogi (easily the standout), the seasoned steak (also really good), and the Iron Age soy beef steak, which had great flavor

Iron Age Glenview — straightforward korean in Glenview. Come for the food, stay for the energy. This is cooking with real conviction. Lashawn Sanders: "The Hawaiian bulgogi, spicy pork steak and the rice cakes are a must try" [$$]

Iron Age Korean Steakhouse in Glenview was a really fun experience. This is definitely a place you go for the atmosphere and the experience just as much as the food. Cooking the meats right at the table, trying different options, and hanging out with friends makes it a great night out. The food was okay — some items were better than others — but overall the variety and all-you-can-eat concept make it enjoyable. The atmosphere is upbeat, the place has good energy, and it’s something different from a regular dinner. Definitely recommend coming here with a group of friends or family. It’s a fun experience and a great place to try Korean BBQ if you’ve never done it before.

It was my first time here, we came as a group of 5. We all love KBBQ and this was by far the best experience I've had in this style of dining. Been to a couple others in the surrounding areas, which are cheaper but still good, as long as you keep expectations in check for what you're getting. Not iron age. Quality of meat was superb, as were the sides and sauces which our server made sure we were good on throughout the meal. We did several plates of the bulgogi, some pork belly, soy beef steak, and brisket. Must have had 7 platters of meat! Atmosphere was nice, we were away from the louder parts of the place which was better for conversation. We paid $43 each for those of us who didn't get alcohol, I feel like we got our money's worth. Tried to keep our eyes on the time but we were very politely told about the 2 hour limit, however we didn't feel pushed out which I appreciated. 100% coming back.

Iron Age Glenview was a pleasant surprise. It was honestly hard to believe that you could find a Korean-style BBQ place like this in the U.S. The restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat format with a wide variety of meat options, so you can try different cuts and flavors without feeling rushed. The atmosphere is a bit loud and energetic, which may not be for everyone, but it adds to the lively dining experience. Despite the noise, it was a great place to spend quality time with family, grilling meat together and enjoying a shared meal. Overall, a fun and satisfying Korean BBQ experience, especially considering it’s located in the U.S.

First time here for myself and it was a good time.I thought the price of 32 a person and 2 dollar soda was cheap for all you care to eat.

While the food was good and the service adequate, it's very annoying when they practically push you out the door when you hit the two hour mark. Also, we were a group of 4 adults and a 1 year old and while they didn't charge us for her, they did include her in the count for auto gratuity that occurs with parties of 5 or more. Auto gratuity should only be applied to paying guests. Had he not fraudulently added it to our bill, he would've ended up with a higher tip as I traditionally tip 30%, especially when my daughter is with me as she can be a bit messy (she didn't make any mess this time). I might go to the other location, but I won't give this one any more of my money. Also, as others mentioned, it's incredibly loud and hard to have a conversation without screaming (though maybe they do that so you leave sooner).

Out of all of the times I’ve been to Iron Age, this is the best one yet. Our server Han, had an amazing attitude and gave us great service we have never experienced before. His positive attitude is something truly special. He served us with such great attention to detail. I would come here a lot more often if it was guaranteed he was my server every time. Thank you Han!!!
