“The atmosphere here feels more laid-back and chilled compared to other ramen spots, making it the perfect escape when you just want to relax and enjoy a great meal”
I used to like the food, but I guess it has changed ownership since the last time I have been there.
The food is not good. Like I would not come back or recommend it.
Not only is the classic tonkotsu ramen not bland, the broth tastes like water mixed with those boxed soup/chicken broth grocery stores sell.

“I have eaten Spicy Miso Ramen all over this country and WOW..”
I have eaten Spicy Miso Ramen all over this country and WOW... This place has the absolute best Miso broth I've ever had! Prices? Unbelievably reasonable for the quality of food you're getting. I would have easily thought this was going to be an expensive dinner. Chef's KISS! Amazing food for $40!

I have such fond memories of catching up with my friends at E Ramen—their ramen and fried chicken were always a real highlight. I was disappointed when they closed for a while, but I’m so glad to see them open again. The food is just as delicious as I remember, and the staff are as friendly and welcoming as ever. My friends and family are already looking forward to our next visit. I’d definitely give it a perfect 10 out of 10!

“E Ramen is a gem.”
E Ramen is a gem! The atmosphere here feels more laid-back and chilled compared to other ramen spots, making it the perfect escape when you just want to relax and enjoy a great meal. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was welcoming and calm, setting the stage for a memorable experience. We started with the Pork Gyoza and Karaage Chicken. The Pork Gyoza were steamed, with a tender, juicy pork filling inside. The dipping sauce added a perfect touch of tanginess, making them a delightful appetizer. The Spicy Tonkotsu Original was next, and it definitely delivered on richness. The broth was velvety and packed with deep, savory flavors. Each sip had the perfect level of spice, complementing the creamy tonkotsu base beautifully. The noodles were cooked just right, with a satisfying chew, and the toppings were fresh and generous, enhancing the overall experience. However, the absolute star of the night was the Karaage Chicken. This dish stole the show! The chicken was fried to golden perfection, incredibly crispy on the outside while staying unbelievably juicy and tender inside. Every bite was packed with flavor, the seasoning on point, and the meat practically melted in the mouth. It was the kind of dish where you keep reaching for another piece without thinking twice. E Ramen nails both the food and the atmosphere. If you're looking for a cozy spot with delicious, well-crafted Japanese comfort food, this is the place to be. Highly recommended, especially for that unforgettable Karaage Chicken!

Low-key my favorite ramen in the city; I prefer it to Strings and Daifuku, and frankly I like their bowls as much as Akahoshi's. Low-key as it's completely unassuming and easy to overlook--don't! Very nice people, good prices, well composed and flavorful. A real local treasure.

“Great place to stop and buy a good delicious bowl of ramen.”
Great place to stop and buy a good delicious bowl of ramen. Was only $30 for two of us not including a tip. Was absolutely great! Only thing is that there is not many options on drinks besides caned drinks, but besides that it was amazing!

“We loved loved loved this place.”
We loved loved loved this place. They had lots of ramen options and we ended up trying both the pork and chicken broths. Both were delicious. It’s a very casual, small neighborhood place. Service was polite and fast, and we especially appreciated that staff wore masks.
