“Edit: E ramen is under new ownership. The below review refers to the owners circa 2025 and earlier. Low-key my favorite ramen in the city; I prefer it to Strings and Daifuku, and frankly I like their bowls as much as Akahoshi's. Low-key as it's completely unassuming and easy to overlook--don't! Very nice people, good prices, well composed and flavorful. A real local treasure.”

“I have eaten Spicy Miso Ramen all over this country and WOW... This place has the absolute best Miso broth I've ever had! Prices? Unbelievably reasonable for the quality of food you're getting. I would have easily thought this was going to be an expensive dinner. Chef's KISS! Amazing food for $40!”

“We ordered combo 1 and combo 6 for three people and it was more than enough. The food is fresh and prepared at the time you order. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is very good. The prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend it and hope to return soon.”

“Really good food. Everything is prepared at the moment you order, most of the things are made from scratch. Very fresh everything and excellent presentation. The place is spotless and the service is very friendly and attentive. Family and kids friendly!”

“I have such fond memories of catching up with my friends at E Ramen—their ramen and fried chicken were always a real highlight. I was disappointed when they closed for a while, but I’m so glad to see them open again. The food is just as delicious as I remember, and the staff are as friendly and welcoming as ever. My friends and family are already looking forward to our next visit. I’d definitely give it a perfect 10 out of 10!”

“E Ramen is a gem! The atmosphere here feels more laid-back and chilled compared to other ramen spots, making it the perfect escape when you just want to relax and enjoy a great meal. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was welcoming and calm, setting the stage for a memorable experience. We started with the Pork Gyoza and Karaage Chicken. The Pork Gyoza were steamed, with a tender, juicy pork filling inside. The dipping sauce added a perfect touch of tanginess, making them a delightful appetizer. The Spicy Tonkotsu Original was next, and it definitely delivered on richness. The broth was velvety and packed with deep, savory flavors. Each sip had the perfect level of spice, complementing the creamy tonkotsu base beautifully. The noodles were cooked just right, with a satisfying chew, and the toppings were fresh and generous, enhancing the overall experience. However, the absolute star of the night was the Karaage Chicken. This dish stole the show! The chicken was fried to golden perfection, incredibly crispy on the outside while staying unbelievably juicy and tender inside. Every bite was packed with flavor, the seasoning on point, and the meat practically melted in the mouth. It was the kind of dish where you keep reaching for another piece without thinking twice. E Ramen nails both the food and the atmosphere. If you're looking for a cozy spot with delicious, well-crafted Japanese comfort food, this is the place to be. Highly recommended, especially for that unforgettable Karaage Chicken!”

“I believe this place is under new ownership, used to be ramen place but now it is Hong Kong style dishes Atmosphere The place looks old probably didn't remodeled when purchased Price Most dishes are in the low $10s, very reasonable especially at current economy. The dish are kind of small side but for me that mean I can order for more and taste more dishes lol Service Being new, not many customers but they treated us well The taste It's not the best but not worst. I say 8 out of 10. Considering the price for each dish is lower I can order a few more, Not bad at all. Eight if us, four adult and four kids, only $150”
