Very solid pasta spot! Had dinner with a friend here and we sat at the bar because there was a wait for open tables. I’m not sure if they do reservations but if they do I would reccomend making one. We got the $6 moscow mule deal, farfalle pollo, mozzerella sticks and the pesto linguine. Everything we ordered was really good and the mozzerella sticks were some of the best I’ve ever had. The pasta portions were also ginormous, my farfalle dish was three servings for me. Service was also really good and the price is very reasonable!

We had a fantastic dining experience! The pasta here is exceptional - it tastes just like something you’d find in Rome! We couldn’t get enough of the Farfalle Pollo and Fettuccini Alfredo. Both were creamy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The service was great - friendly and attentive. This is a must-visit spot for true pasta lovers!

Food is amazing. Typically always order take out but management and host is super nice. But there’s been several times and this is my fault for even returning, but there’s several times I’ve found hair in my food. Really gross. Hair in the first picture. Weirdly dry and unappealing on the second.

I had read that the pasta was handmade so I went out of my way to visit the Wicker Park location. Don’t be fooled by the affordable pricing or relatively casual atmosphere. When ordering I asked the server which was better the penne pasta or the gnocchi. He said the gnocchi was his favorite. When it came it had more cheese and sauce than I usually eat. But the combination with the generous portion of chicken, mushrooms and gnocchi was excellent. It’s a heavy lunch but so worth it. I will be brining my friends and family.

“I had a craving for Italian or Italian like.”

I had a craving for Italian or Italian like. It was suggested this restaurant. Since it was in the area, I walked on over. Very simply decoratated. Nice, quaint atmosphere. The good smell of olive oil and oregano was in the air... which was confirmation that I was in the right place. I ordered a chicken pasta dish and when it came I was actually surprised how beautiful this plate was. And the smell was fabulous. The taste was even better. Normally I could put away a big dish but, for this, I had to have a to-go. I would definitely be coming back here and trying other dishes on the menu. My server was very nice. This food was prepared right because hours later, I have no heartburn whatsoever. I highly recommend this place.

After playing tennis I was craving a good bowl of pasta and The Pasta Bowl certainly did the trick! It was hard to choose from all their tasty options and I finally settled on some delicious garlic bread and the shells with red and cream sauce. Amazing!! The portion was bigger than I thought it would be so I had leftovers for lunch. Our server was fantastic as well!!

We enjoyed our peaceful lunch. As first-timers, we were treated to a wave of everything offered, including menu entrees not available on the menu yet. Tuesday, where all wine bottles were $25. AJ was a pleasure to have in this experience, and his presence was delightful. Our food was delicious, and we can't wait to come back and try something new. AJ was also very knowledgeable about the dishes offered, my desert was to die for

Easily one of our favorite spots to grab dinner for my husband and I. Service is top notch ! Mozzarella sticks are so so good! The pasta here is like a warm hug especially during the winters. Pasta Bowl has become our comfort food to dine in and order from for pick up.

We were immediately welcomed and were checked on numerous times during our short wait. We felt like VIPs for no reason got a large booth. It is a busy restaurant and the food is cooked in full view, which is reassuring. There is also a small bar in the same space. The food and drinks are a good value. The food portions are large so there is plenty for leftovers the next day. The flavors are great. I would try to find something less rich on a next visit as I'm used to eating lighter food, but this is the pasta bowl, so that's the way to go here. I loved the artwork from photographs of the neighborhood and a cool mural. The room is a little dark for me but reminds me of family Italian restaurants we went to when I was growing up in this area. We'll be back for sure. Our daughter told us the desserts are great but we have to come just for dessert for that I think.

I came here on a Thursday evening after placing a pick up order. I got the 'Dinner for 2' and it was spectacular! We got the appetizer with goat cheese and tomato sauce, a grilled chicken caesar salad, penne alla vodka, chicken parmesean, and a tiramisu! All for $55. And the portions were amazing, I was so full. The caesar salad was amazing, the appetizer was fire, the entrees were like 8/10 for me because they could've been a bit more seasoned. The tiramisu was PERFECT. Will definitely be back again.
